VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY PERSONNEL!!

Store is organized & clean. Easy to find what you need. Plenty of staff to help on the floor. Restroom (Toilet stalls) are clean. Parking spaces are large.

This store is always well stocked,aisles neat and clean and associates are always friendly and helpful. Cashier Donna is very nice and friendly. Great store.

Went to the workshop tonight and I loved it...Jean Ann was amazing and even let me use the circular saw. My grandson and I made a hanging planter on a wood. Love it. thank you Jean Ann for being so informative and really wonderful. We will be back

This store is usually "less than." It's a bare minimum experience. It used to be better because the people at least were helpful and friendly but something has gotten lost along the way. I saw some reviews where they said management changed. That would make sense. There are people working there who are downright rude. I haven't experienced it myself but I have seen it. Rude to customers, rude to each other. Why shop there when there are 3 other Home Depots close enough and of course other options. I made my nickname a number because that's how all these big box stores treat you anyway -- just a number who gives them money.

I am so glad this store had a replacement Whirlpool microwave in stock to replace the 9 yr. old one which seized to work on a Sunday.

I used to LOVE this store and always got great service but lately the last 2 years it has gone DOWN HILL horrifically. Either you can't find anyone to help you or you find someone who knows NOTHING about the department he is in - EXCEPT for Jeff in Electrical. I was so relieved to chat with someone like him I wanted to give him a hug. Please get the rest of your team to be like him and this store will begin to be like it once was.

It's a good convenient location. Wish the selection was a bit better, they seem to lack allot of the Husky brand stuff. Also some tools and sets seem to be dusty and individual tools grimmy and slightly used feel sometimes. Helpful staff for most general needs and customer service is good. Just wish selection and availability was a bit better.

Searching for items your not exactly sure will fit can be a real pain. However, thanks to the helpful staff I got the correct items the first time. good job!

I found everything that I was looking for and a bit more. Marlena in appliances was very helpful in my purchase of a new stove. I had a great experience in this store.

Great Customer Service!! Please see Ms. KT in the appliance department when you're going to purchase any new appliance. Also I highly recommend on purchasing the Protection Plan with your appliance. It really does work and it pays out. My washer gave out on me after 3yrs from purchase date, and the repairs were higher than the cost of my original purchase, so they refunded me 100%. I bought the 5yr protection plan, and well worth it!

This store has THE BEST employees! They are always happy and eager to help from start to finish. I so appreciate being made to feel truly valued as a customer when I shop here.
