Charles in the flooring dep at the North Fayette store was great!

After shopping around for new carpet. We were very pleased with Home Depots selection and quality. Their employees (Charles) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Their pricing was very reasonable.

Abby in customer service did an excellent job resolving a problem that I had with a refund. She worked very hard to try to determine where the problem was coming from and didn't stop until I was satisfied! Thanks Abby and to the team that helped with the problem. TZ

This store went downhill drastically. Terrible management and understaffe. I come to this store based upon convenience.

I entered the store expecting multiple bad possibilites: I would have to wait "forever"; I wouldn't be able to find an "expert resource" to discuss my project (bathroom reconstruction); I wouldn't be able to find what I wanted / needed; I would have to settle for alternative products with which I would not be satisfied etc.etc. To my surprise, none of the above occurred and I left feeling my project was off to a better start than I ever hoped. Kudos to all the HD employees at the North Fayette store with which I interacted.

Super fast and friendly return transaction. Matt was very quick and friendly. I love the no hassle experience with a real friendly person.

Went into the store today for a few items, and was accompanied by one of their staff members as my personal shopper. This gentleman helped me throughout my shopping, answering my questions on products, finding the location of the items quicker, loading my cart as some of the products were large and heavy, and did it in the most personable and kind manner. I was totally impressed.It saved me quite a bit of time. He even loaded my car for me! It was a great shopping trip. I will definitely come back here and ask for DAVE WALLACE!

Don't shop here for ceiling replacement tiles if you only need one (1) or two (2) - this store will no longer sell individual ones but force you to buy a box of at least four (4) - I needed one for a repair, but had to spend $42.80 for a box of four, thus spending over $30.00 more just to get the one replacement tile that I needed. In fairness to the store, the person I dealt with in the paint department was exceptional - he went out of his way to help me match paint for a touch up repair and could not have been more helpful - it's too bad that the rest of the experience there today wasn't as good. Finally, it appears that they no longer have fully staffed check-out registers (a cost saving move?) which makes it very difficult if you aren't comfortable or have difficulty as I do with self-checkout.

John S in lawn and garden was extremely helpful. He helped me find everything I needed, loaded it onto a palate and placed it into my truck. I wish every store had employees like John!

Visited this store on a Saturday evening around 9pm..didn't expect to get such excellent service late at night! The employees were knowledgeable and pleasant and very willing to assist. The selection was also good. I will use this location more often even though it's not as close to me as other Home Depot locations.

Great selection, wonderful staff (Charles and Kathy are WONDERFUL), you'll probably find what you need and if you don't, the HD staff will help you out and make recommendations.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT use this place to get ANYTHING installed! These people are arrogant, misleading, and don't care at all how you want your job done. So, stay away! You have been warned.

An employee named Jim Elmer was extremely helpful; he called other Home Depot Stores to check to availability of the sold-out item I wanted, took down my phone number, and promised to call me when the item was available. Now that was real assistance!

Usually a good store, had several things not in stock, when the app stated there were more than 20 pieces of each item.

Wonderful store employees seem happy and helpful. Garden center is great!

If you are lucky enough to have Ruben helping you out during your shopping experience at this location, you will be very pleased. I didn’t have to go find an associate to help me; he came right up, greeted me, and asked if he could be of any assistance to me. He told me his name then asked for mine. From start to finish, he made my shopping experience so pleasant. I was shopping for kitchen appliances as I am building a new house, and while I would normally worry about spending a large sum of money, Ruben had me totally at ease. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He represents Home Depot very well. Because of Ruben, I will be shopping at this specific Home Depot location for all my household items I am going to be in need of soon. I cannot say enough good things about Ruben, and I sincerely hope the positive feedback makes its way back to him.

Although my husband and I have had issues with trying to get an estimate on a vinyl fence, our overall experience at this location is mostly satisfactory.

Great customer service from The Home Depot in Robinson yesterday. I needed help and the individual i asked, though he didn't specialize in the area where I needed help. But he stopped what he was doing and went and found the individual who was working the tool area. That person got me exactly what I needed in minutes, even though he had to get a platform to retrieve the item from a higher shelf.

If you need to buy anything in the store and would appreciate some additional assistance of feedback and/or guidance...ask for Jon! He helped me select the correct stuff for my bathroom remodel when no other employee wanted to be bothered with me. He saved his store the loss of a $1500 sale. He deserves 100% of all the credit! It wasn't even his department but he saw that I had a need and he filed it. Thank you Jon!

I love shopping at this Home Depot location. Everyone is always so helpful and nice, especially Mr. Jim Elmer (Pro Account Sales Associate.)

Everyone is helpful, and assistance is offered freely. I haven’t had trouble finding anything in the store, and everything I’ve come in for has been in stock. The store was clean, everything where it should be, and the checkout was quick and simple. I wish there was more enforcement for wearing masks. Some people still see the protection of others as optional, and these people should not be able to shop in a store that has signs requiring customers to wear masks

Out of all of the stores in the Pittsburgh area the North Fayette store is hands down the best. I love working with the guys and girls at the Pro desk. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this store.

The Associate Dave H. Was very helpful in the plant/Garden area. Would like more info on hiring practice as my son recently moved back from 22 years+ in Colorado. Looking for employment at Home Depot @ 440 Home Dr Pgh. 15275. Applied many times with no response. Lives 5 miles from this store. Has worked in the truck repair industry. Vast knowledge of tools and equipment.

The employees and management at this store are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. It is always clean and well supplied. Other Home Depot stores may be closer to my jobs, but this is my go to store!

Charles Showalter was very considerate and helpful with finding the product, assisted with placing items in my cart, escorted me to the cashier and placed items in my car! That is a full service store! Great job!!
