This store is always clean and I am able to find the products I am looking for very easily. Great customer service, I am always greeted with a smile or Can I help you? I had ordered something and was unable to put it together myself I took it into this store and a store employee without hesitation put it together. I believe they are customer focus and customer driven.

Store is always clean and has a excellent staff. Products are easy to find and easy to get assistance.

Severely lacking customer service skills most of the time! Associate not friendly, nor helpful, nor was pushing 1200lbs of top soil all the way through the store because I had to go to self checkout. HD why don't you spend a few of those.dollars and print a SIGN STATING WHAT YOUR GARDEN HOURS ARE FOR THAT EXCLUSIVE GATE! Perhaps even paying for customer satisfaction support WILL BE beneficial in the short term and long term. What a waste of my energy all the way around! Once again, THANK YOU HOME DEPOT!

Probably one of the best experiences I had at a home depot store. Every employee was friendly and engaging. Will come back to this store.

I prefer to shop at this store because it has enough employees to help me. Usually at other store you can not find an employee to help. Went there today for fencing questions and Jim in Pro Service was very helpful. He printed information that would assist me with my project.

Customer service is stellar. I have been to this store every weekend for the past two months regarding home renovations and the staff has always been very knowledgable and kind.

I have shopped at this store many times over the years. While I have come across several nice and efficient employees over the years... Charles at customer service was probably one of the nicest employees I have come across. He was friendly, went the extra step to helpful and completed the task quickly... thank you!

Always a great store to shop. Usually well-stocked, well-organized. Associates are helpful and knowledgeable, but frequently you'll have to stroll the aisles to find help.

I had a great experience ordering thru the Pro Desk! Not necessarily easy for a woman to be taken seriously in a project manager role. But Rich was patient, He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed to fit my budget.

Prices advertised on their website were not honored in store.

Stove which I paid cash for based on delivery date provided by Home Depot. On del date I.was informed that they would not be delivering due to it being on back order. What? So i go in and talk to a manager the Sun after the stove was to be delivered who tells me they will call me on Monday. Today 6/22 a very rude mrg basically told me that my stove would not be delivered until the following Monday. Which means two weeks after purchased and 9 days after original del date. This caused me to cancel two important emgagements that required me to cook. Home Depots handling their error was unprofessional. I will not be shopping there again and will inform my friends of their rudeness

Had issues with online ordering so we went to the store and Dave F was extremely helpful and patient with us. Ended up buying the patio set, the umbrella and opened a credit card. Store was clean and everyone was very nice and pleasant. Girl at the front letting people in was very pleasant also. Home depot is our now spot!!

The N Fayette Store #4117 has a variety of products with very friendly sales people, especially in the home and garden area.

ASSOCIATES AT THE PRO AND SERVICE DESK ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

If you need a kitchen, designer Geff is definitely the guy to see at the North Fayette Home Depot. Extremely customer oriented, very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful in every faucet of the design. Overall store experience has been excellent. Special shout out to Nathan in customer service too.

At the age of 70, I found myself in over my head with a plumbing project in my bathroom with a severely corroded sink that needed immediate attention. I never before replaced an entire faucet and related plumbing. One part broke, then another! Then another. The staff of the plumbing department never gave up on me. I got all the help I needed and more. Even the cashier was sympathetic and helpful! I am a huge fan of this Home Depot!

The paint manager, Tracy was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She recommended the correct paint products I need for my project. Tracy is awesome.

I was able to find the article I needed using the Home Depot app. It was quite useful. An employee made eye-contact with me at one point and resumed working. Behind came a white man and the same employee made eye-contact and greeted him. I noticed that the store removed all they English and Spanish signs. No longer bilingual. It is a political move?

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Employees should be thankful they have a job and not be so rude when someone asks them for help.
