Store and employees are great always have everything in stock contractors paradise!!!!

I was shopping in Garden area, it was really windy and knocked out a lot of plants. The roof felt like it was going to come down with the strong wind and it felt unsafe being out there. Garden indoor need more space. all of the plants were altogether really close, i had to find bonsai tree's that were down the ground hiding.

Up until this week, I was very pleased with this store. With the spring sale happening, I decided to redo my side yard. Part of my project included using Vigoro mulch. I needed 6 bags and purchased them at this Home Depot. The first bag had a shredded type mulch and much of it was moldy. I ended up throwing most of it away. The next 5 bags contained a chunky type mulch which I liked much better than the first. (All bags had the same part number and UPC code.) I returned to this store to buy a replacement for the first bag. When I got there, all I could find were several pallets of the shredded type. I asked an employee for help. While he did understand that I wanted the types of mulch in my yard to match, he told me that the shredded was all they had and that I shouldn't expect more because it was only $2. I ended up driving 20 minutes to the next closest Home Depot and found what I needed there. I should note that I did try to go to Vigoro.com (as shown on the bags) to comment but that directs you to the Home Depot website. There is nothing printed on the bags that says styles can vary, only that color will match.

I like to go to this Home Depot store because there is always help whenever I'm looking for something I ask anybody around 2 call for that specific I'll and right away there find someone for me I really recommend anybody in the whole world to Elise tried to check anything and they going to be happy because there is always somebody there to help

If you want help in Electrical you will wait a long time. No one there.

That dude Mario at the door is great he hustled me for a survey and I got a free popcorn! I’m telling you homedepot really makes you feel at home.

Fast and friendly checkout. Some waiting when dealing with product specific items. Limited selection of exterior siding.

The store was clean I always were not blocked employees there to help you if you needed help parking outside what's good the only thing is they need to put handicap at the other end of the store not just that one section

Web app said it was in stock & IT WAS! So many of the times while shopping other locations, the app says in-stock and nothing on the shelves at the store. I shopped in four different departments, and EVERYTHING was on the shelf.

You need to drive out of your way to this store location and see what you are missing. This location is amazing! The staff is friendly and smiles. The store management is welcoming of comments from patrons. Honestly, I had to look around the store once inside to make sure I was still at Home Depot. Clean isles, items in stock and on the shelves and I didn't have to step around, under or over "stuff" in the way of my shopping. WOW!

I was in your blinds department and there was a gentleman name TJ I believe. I needed two blinds cut to size and I asked him for help, he said he would help me out as soon and he was done with his current customer. After waiting for 45 minutes for him to help me and asking 7 employees for help and they all responded that it wasn’t their department and all they did was page for help but no response. I realized that the gentleman working the department had no interest in helping me due to my small purchase, it seemed to me that all he was interested was helping customers with custom orders. I finally got helped from a gentleman form another department, I think his name was Carlos, he was very helpful and quick with his service. I believe more employees should be train in most departments and in customer service skills. As I was walking through the aisle it seems that the employees avoid eye contact and don’t want to be bothered. Overall the experience at your store was not the greatest.

The girl Michelle at the customer help desk or whatever that counter is was very rude and was not holding back to show how much she didn’t want to help first time a Home Depot employee was not willing to help then tells me to go home and call he 1-800 number myself and continues laughing and joking with the rest while I’m still standing there
