Day laborers have been wandering around the parking lot for years. A few years ago my truck was broken into and expensive tools stolen. Today, a new one: a lady opened a full blown Tamale stand right in the middle of the parking lot.

Home Depot is great company. However, some if it's employees need training on customer service Other employees need training on location of products. Some of then just answer when ask were to find a product. "I do not know or it maybe in aile 2 or 3". The company need to training it's employees.

I needed some plants and mulch for a project I finished early. HD has great plants that are ready to pop in a hole and look perfect. I found the ones I wanted, and they had 3 sizes

Everyone is always helpful

I chose Home Depot to make my closet they charge $$$$ but have bad experience. They damaged my closet, it supposedly lifetime, I complained even I complained customer complained office no one wants to come over to look and fix. Unfortunately I’m not home to take and add phone.

I stopped by last night looking for a 32x32x1 piece of pegboard. Every employee was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me find the right product and showed me how to install it. He then carried my products to a register before he went to the next customer who was asking for help. Awesome store!

The best homedepot I’ve ever been to.

Good luck finding a cart good luck finding a parking spot and good luck finding the store clean. There's trash throughout the parking area. There's nowhere to park because fruit vendors are taking up stalls and food vendors are taking up stalls. The manager could care less.

Too many people selling fruit in the parking lot. Felt like I was in Mexico

This is my second time I am going there and only one item that I did not have a receipt and it was not electronic powered equipment or anything, Just box of nail. They would not take it back and give me a store credit at least. Which I thought it was ridiculous.

I appreciate the knowledge shared by the Home Depot team. They listen to my projects and sometimes have suggestions, which I always appreciate.

Mary, in Major Appliances in the North Hollywood, Ca store was great. Mary was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I purchased a washing machine, a dryer, and a refrigerator. The entire process took under 25 minutes and it was seamless.

Ivan in the appliance dept. helped us by a washer and dryer. He was fantastic. SO HELPFUL!

I like coming here, but the parking is awful. I understand that everyone needs to make a living. But it seems like they have more people selling food out of their cars than regular store buyers. If they're going to allow that, Maybe they could designate just one row of parking to all the food vendors. After you exit the store, walk along the row and pick up want you want to eat.

I frequent this Home Depot just about every week, sometimes several times a week. The employees I have come to know by name in the different departments that I frequent are great and always helpful. I feel like they know me and they go the extra mile to help me out. It is a very busy Home Depot, but the way they changed their checkout system, is terrific and you can get out of there quickly.

From the time we entered to when we left, we were helped immensely by Ocean. He was knowledgeable and intentional. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at Home Depot. Thank you

No Ho Depot is our favorite..we spend time there and generally great rapport with the staff.

The store allows too many outside vendors and panhandlers in the parking lot. Many times it is very difficult to find a parking space and dodge the non-customers, causing an unsafe condition!

These guys continue to hire uneducated, unwilling to help, undocumented Aliens who are not able to be of any assistance since they do not understand English. Plus they are so greedy now, they would not take a dead plant bearing the home-depot pricing and tags on its container. Why buy from these folks?

They came to my home, took measurements and gave me a padding selection. Then I paid for it right at home. So great.
