The store allows too many outside vendors and panhandlers in the parking lot. Many times it is very difficult to find a parking space and dodge the non-customers, causing an unsafe condition!

These guys continue to hire uneducated, unwilling to help, undocumented Aliens who are not able to be of any assistance since they do not understand English. Plus they are so greedy now, they would not take a dead plant bearing the home-depot pricing and tags on its container. Why buy from these folks?

They came to my home, took measurements and gave me a padding selection. Then I paid for it right at home. So great.

If you are in the market for doors or windows, look no further. Dennis in the Door dept. Is great. He knows and suggests different option. Very helpful. A pleasure doing business with him.

Went to get an electric cable that was missing for us at the middle of the job and when i went to get it the costumer representative that work in that department was out on lunch an make me wait for 30 Min until he got back. Was kind of success because we couldn’t compete the job that day and i ended paying for the time that my worker was waiting for me to come with the part.

This location has a horrible costumer service. The team members lack sense of urgency, professionalism, and costumer service. I spend about 10 minutes looking for the items and about 30 minutes waiting on assistance. I am glad they do self check out so I deal with less attitude whenever I walk into this location. The nicest employees are at the registers which is why I am giving them a two stars rating because they deserve zero.

Need more employees to help customers with items

The plant nursery at this location is THE BEST of any local nurseries! They always have the flowering plants that I use in big pots around my pool and front yard!

If you ever buy something extra and need to return it in NoHo Home Depot, go with Chanel. She will go above and beyond to get the job done right. Employees like her make me want to shop here instead of the competition.

Carter(assistant manager ) He has exceptional customer service. I had a small issue with a purchase, I needed to return the item, I could not find my receipt. I purchased it on a credit card, and Home Depot has a way of looking up the purchase on a credit, for some reason, the system could not locate the purchase. Carter came to the rescue, he was able to locate the purchase and printed a receipt. He then took us over to the department, and set up with the sales associate to make our new purchase. It’s so refreshing to have someone go above and beyond for their customers, and ensuring satisfaction. Carter has earned my trust and loyalty with his outstanding service. Highly recommend!😊

I always have good vibes when visiting this location. It's always a pleasure when shopping there. Employees are always helpful never grumpy or grouchy. They are always happy to help with whatever I need. By far...my fave store of San Fernando Valley.

Even though Ocean does not work in the Windows Dept., he helped me tremendously with what I needed to purchase some things for my windows at home. He helped me beyond his job description. I talked to him first on the phone before I went to the store and instead of transferring me to the Windows Dept., he helped me with what to purchase. I asked if I could find him when I get to the store so I don't have to repeat to ask another employee with what I needed and he was willing to give me that service and he did. He gave me an outstanding service even though it was not his department.

For as long as I’ve been coming here to the N.H. Location I’ve had nothing but excellent service. In and out everything is easy to locate. As for me it’s like walking into a candy store lol

I purchased 2 house plants about 3 months ago. One was dying so I took it back to the store and they honored their return policy for plants. They asked if I would a refund or store credit. Very good experience..

I bought a board of wood and had it cut in half since that is what I needed for the job.

Kudos to Dennis who helped me purchase a washer/dryer from the North Hollywood store with delivery to Valencia! Dennis normally works in the door department but took great care to help us in the washer/dryer department because the regular employee was on her lunch break. He is pleasant, professional and efficient. Please give Dennis your highest praise! Satisfied customer

Checking out here will always take 3 to 4 times longer than anywhere else because the self checkout area is very disorganized. Bring back cashiers and single lines. It is very time consuming to wait around and have people cut you and no one know who’s next in line.
