We went to the Home Depot on the Northside to purchase flooring materials. From the moment we walked in, we met smiling people. We felt very welcome and were very appreciative of the professional, kind service we were given. This was a new experience for us, but we received a great deal of helpful information which enabled us to make a decision with confidence.

I am happy with everything I have purchased there

I have searched on the app and found the product I wanted. It said they had two in stock. I walked around trying to figure out where that location was and didn’t see anyone around in a orange apron to help me some people in orange shirts said they couldn’t help me at all and didn’t offer to find an associate. I went to the checkout and I did find someone that was willing to help me. I showed him my app and he says that location does not exist at our store. He said I have the wrong store and I show the name is the correct store we walked around looking for it. He checked his little zebra unit and it’s at the same thing. We walked down about three different areas looking in the aisles and looking overhead storage couldn’t find it. He says the associate that works at the department was on lunch and no one else was around to help me. After about 10 minutes of looking, he kind of seem like he gave up so I told him don’t worry about it. I wondered around for another minute, and I actually found it in the correct bay. It turns out They just didn’t know where that bay was. I showed the guy the tag on the store and I said oh look it’s even in the bay and he had nothing to say.

Fast friendly and easy

I bought a dryer 6months ago and everyone was so helpful and the price was so much better than anywhere else . The warranty is better too. I now travel the 28-30 miles to go to Home Depot for all my needs

Went to store several times, and it was very HOT outside and I was in a very long slow line. But when I tell you that the worker KAJUANA gave everyone in her busy line the same GREAT customer service… SHE DID! GREAT JOB KAJUAN! You’re the employee of the year to me and the few I listened talking about your GREAT customer service!!! 👍🏽

I just purchased a truck load of lumber and stuff and I was treated very nicely I actually got help to load up the material and put it in the trailer

Friendly staff however it’s hard to find someone to help you so I think there aren’t enough people during the busy weekends they should have more people working to help you

I went to Home Depot to buy a heavy duty 5-tier storage bin. One of the associate showed me the exact bin, slightly used, for less than a third of the price. I saved $70 Big Savings!!

Today I had a Wonderful checkout expierence thanks to cashier Priscilla at the Lafayette location. She was eager to help and had a warm and inviting presence about her. We overall had a Great shopping experience and will be back.

Great price wonderful product my second one

Because Mr. Scott went above and beyond to show me where the paper blinds was and even went the extra mile to show me how well they looked via a photograph and I was highly impressed. This was my very first time ever visiting a Home Depot and he was an excellent customer service representative. He was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable.
