Neat, orderly, and clean. Professional associates who always ask if you need assistance. Shop there for everything home related.

I have been shopping this store since 2012 when we purchased a house nearby. The store is always clean and I have had great experiences with the associates who work in this store. Management seems to stay in the background, but they have instilled a sense of urgency in giving good customer service. Now that I think about it, I have never seen a manager in this store - maybe they all wear orange aprons. I still say, they do teach good customer service. For my part, on my next visit, I plan to seek out the Store Manager or the MOD and let them know how customer sensitive their associates are.

I often go to the store and I'm always pleased with how the employees are helpful. One time the employee came with me and help me pick out five different items from five different areas. No otherNo other store provides this type of customer service.

The store in North Lafayette is very nice but does not have vinyl flooring like the store on the Southside of Lafayette where I was very unsatisfied extremely unsatisfied with your store on Ambassador Caffery Parkway Lafayette Louisiana

Got help from Shannice, she is DA BEST !!! ;) Went out of her way so I would get all I needed, including working overtime ! She was unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable, and kind hearted. She made my day. I am so very thankful !

I found the employees there to be very helpful and comcerconwith your needs. They go above and beyond. The store is clean and they haveost of what I need.

Need additional employees (2-3) assigned to each department during busy hours. Customers must hunt down customer service employees for assistance. Many times associates are assisting customers in multiple areas that they are unfamiliar with. This is the only area Home Depot falls short in comparison to other hardware stores. Other than this issue, the store is clean, well stocked, conveniently located, and prices are reasonable.

The store is always clean and the employees always help me find what I need quickly. The cashiers are all really helpful but some like that young lady Amber go above and beyond!!

My first time at this particular Home Depot, the staff was Very friendly and helpful! I received direct assistance from Veronica who really made my day!!! She went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my project! I will definitely be back!!

the home depot here in the north part of the city is a very very valuable asset to the entire community.. at one time, the store was not making the money that it had when it first opened,but i will be one to ALWAYS Shop at the Home Depot...just somthing about the store that make shopping very easy,and also gets you in the mood to remodel your home,office or even the storage area of your home,and even closets.. home depot is great. all employees are also a great help too.

Thanks to the staff at the N.E. Evangeline Thruway location for your kind and efficient service. My only complaint was the awkwardness of the check out stands locations. Given the freezing temperatures, it would have been nice to know where to park to avoid walking across the entire parking lot to get back to my car.

We shop at this Home Depot very often and we are always satisfied with the help that we receive from the employees.

Employees are very helpful

Kind helpful associates when available. They go above and beyond. Needed more storage buildings in stock. On a previous visit I was told I could order it. I was also told I would have to have it shipped to my home and pay shipping. I then told them to ship it to the store to avoid the shipping fee, and he told me that couldn't be done. This was a previous visit to the store, not the last one when I bought the building.

Jessica is very helpful every time I come in. The management staff is great and friendly. The store manager will help and not point the finger. Need more people in lumber but this is my go to store.

My husband and I were greeted with a smile on entering the store and when needed help, our associate greeted us with a smiling face. We both work with the public and know the value of customer service. Our visit Friday night was great, found what we needed and had great service. Every employee we came across greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed help. That's service!
