Visited my favorite Home Depot store today, and headed to the ProDesk for assistance with a large $ purchase. Susan at the ProDesk, was extremely helpful. She took time to answer all my questions, reviewed the order with me before finalizing it, then reviewed the next step process with me. I visit the store often and each and every time, the associates are always very helpful and friendly.

They are great in helping new customer.

The employees were very attentive to my requests, and they went the extra mile to help me.

Tasheena greeted me when I came in and was very nice at check out. She complimented the plant I chose and was very pleasant to speak to.

GREAT TEAM WORK!! I have never visited this store and my items were not in stock...

Mrs Shaniece at home depot Lilburn Ga laughed when I told her the machine stopped working, that was the reason for my return! Very disappointed and honestly she made me feel bad. Don't know why they don't trained their employees to be professional and respectful like years ago.

Purchased a New John Deere mower and was called and asked if I Purchased a used one. I intern had to cancel delivery and reschedule delivery for another mower in hopes that it isn't a used one being pawned off as new.

I love this store. Convenient. Clean, and normally well stocked. Miss Penny went above and beyond today and it is so refreshing to have someone greet you as you enter with a kind smile and an outgoing attitude. THE WORLD NEEDS MORE PENNY!

Fantastic service nice and friendly

So, I popped into Home Depot, Lilburn GA to get a few keys made. As soon as I walked in, Ronni and Mell walked with me and guided me to the key making station. They went above and beyond to help me. We made a few jokes along the way and they offered suggestions to make my key selection enhanced. I truly appreciate their willingness to help without me even asking. Soon as Mell finished up with the key making, Ronni took me to her register and helped me finalize my purchase. Man what impeccable customer service in a day where many are indifferent to the customer's needs! Thank you Mell! Thank you Ronni! I'm a fan! Good job Home Depot!

Such a great and well maintained selection of plants, and Tarana the cashier is so friendly.

This is currently my favorite location, from where it is located, the set up cleanliness and customer service! It’s usually less foot traffic when I go. Most employees are very friendly. Susan always checks me Out at the return desk! She is the best!! Thank you!!

This is the only Home Depot I've been in that actually had someone working in the department that asked if I needed help. In others I've shopped at, not one employee has said a word to me let alone ask me if I needed help in a very long time.

Came in on a busy Sunday thinking I would be waiting and on my own to load heavy flooring. What a wonderful surprise as all of the four employees I engaged with where as nice and as helpful as could be. Was taken care of in a timely manner and save some of my Sunday for other things...thank N.Lilburn home depot..you rock.

I've come here for pine and wheat straw because it's the closest store. I'll be looking elsewhere now even if it's more expensive. This past trip took 45 minutes to get anything and they weren't that busy.

It’s usually mostly clean. Employees are somewhat nearby or available to help when you need something. Never seems fully staffed or perfectly set up. Always in transition. Shelves sometimes leave me wanting more…

They go out of their way to help you. My cell phone app didn't have Aisle or Bin # for item I was looking for. First employee I saw helped me & walked me directly to the exact part I was looking for! Kind young lady at self-serve checkout confirmed my Veterans status for Vet Discount

I just bought my Samsung freezer from HD. The lady of appliance department help me a lot.

All the employees were very helpful, especially Elias in plumbing. He help me find exactly what I was looking for and walked with me to different areas of the store to make sure I had exactly what I needed. I really appreciate this kind of customer service. Thank you!

1775 Lilburn store has amazing customer service

Briana and Jasmine are two young employees that are kind, friendly and very helpful. They patiently helped my husband and I for more than an hour to buy home appliances. They went on line to check the availability of items and delivery time of different items. We had the idea to buy only a refrigerator, a stove and a microwave but we had such as wonderful shopping experience that we also bought a washer and a dryer. They made us feel Home Depot is the best place to shop home appliances and we will always recommend the store!

My experience with this North Lilburn Home Depot’s garden center was terrific! The employees are kind to each other and the customers!

I went in for a consultation for granite and laminate flooring installation and Alzina Scott helped us out so much! she made sure we knew what to do next every step of the way. Everything was also so affordable!

The employees here are the nicest people!!! Do not go to any other Homedepot. You will not get assistance there like you will here. The only reason I give 4 stars is because there are some areas of the store that need to store their large equipment in a better location. But the employees are extremely helpful and kind.
