Whenever I need plumbing supplies for my rental units, I seek out Jeff in Plumbing who knows exacty what I need and where it's located, thus saving me time. When I go to Home Depot, it's usually in the middle of a project and I need to get in the store, get what I need, and get out as quickly as possible to get back to work. When it comes to checking out, Mercedes, the Dominican Wonder, keeps the checkout line moving with her knowlege of almost every item. Associates have to be hunted down to be able to get assistance. Store is well stocked but call before heading there.

I came to buy some things for the Xmass/Winter celebration, mostly plants. I found some things that I was looking for, but could not fine a small plant watering recipient of some sort, but I did not ask any associate for it either. The cashier ,Brenda was very sweet and helpful.

I just want to note that I received excellent, fast, and professional service at the ProX desk, and since I have my service workers use this service for my property nearby, this is very important to me. However, the electrician with me was very unhappy with the attitude of the associate for that area, as she was unresponsive when he asked her questions, and was very curt towards him when telling him to "wait until I finish with this one", which I overheard. He told me that she walked away when she was done with the first customer, and that he had to go chase her down, and that she didn't know what he was talking about , so he ended up finding the items himself. I have had service contractors report problems before at this store, and two did not finish the job because they were fed up with getting service there. I was not present those times, and I know that one was irritated with the wait at the ProX desk, but as I said before I had not problems on Saturday. I'm just reporting this so the store management is aware of these issues.

Normally when I go to home depot, it took forever to get assistance in the floor. For some reason, this time I went there to that location, the associate was amazing. She took her time to help me and my husband. Thanks so much for hiring a great person like this associate.

Had a 6ft ladder that was falling apart and I needed to replace it, I always wanted a 8 ft aluminum ladder.

My purpose of visiting Home Depot was to find a replacement towel bar for my bathroom. I was happy to find I found it without having to replace the entire towel rack.

Not enough associates, it took us a while to be able to talk to someone for a quick question.

The item I wanted to purchase showed in inventory but could not be located in the store. The young lady in customer service was very helpful and tried to help with the gentlemen in the tool department. Every effort was made while I was in the store to locate the item but with no success. The gentleman I spoke with took my phone number and called me several hours later and said that the item had been located. It was put into the proper isle and I was able to return to the store and complete the purchase. I could not wait to have the item delivered if I ordered it online, I needed to get the item right away. I really appreciate the great customer service from both the tool department and the customer service dept.

The store is extremely beautiful and is always clean. The staff working there are always helpful but at times, the new employees will send you to the wrong aisle but overall great store.
