My husband and I are always satisfied with the courteous and prompt service that we receive when we shop at Home Depot in North Miami Beach.

I bought similar GE refrigerator side by side, which I have been used before and I was satisfied.

Maria, is the best employee in the Pro Desk area.

HAD TO COME BACK 5 TIMES BEFORE I FOUND LAURA RAMIREZ IN THE CARPET DEPARTMENT SHE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT KNOWS ABOUT FLOORING & CARPET HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INCREDIBLE AND VERY HELPFUL SHE SHOULD BE MADE MANAGER OF THE DEPT IF HOME DEPOT CARES ABOUT THE NMB CARPET DEPT

THE ASSOCIATE MARY CHEERS IS VERY KIND AND ATTENTIVE TO THE CUSTOMERS.

I had to return some items and they needed a over ride, and I was provided excellent service from Victoria and Martine. After completing my return, I saw how they assisted other customers with patience and attentiveness. Keep up the good work with the customers. Also, the young lady in the Paint section on Sundays very informative of her section. Thank you.

Seems like supply chain issues are affecting everyone, but it's sad to see that I need like 20 power socket covers and the store only had 9 available at most.

despite I had issues finding everything I needed Lazaro from Behr and Maria at Pro desk were able to help me out and get my paint ordered. this helped tremendously. thank you very much.

Checked out in garden was carrying multiple items with me. No carts available so I had to carry it in my hands. Cashier saw me struggling offered no help and said “we have no more bags” worst customer service and it’s not even that. Where the humanity? To help another you see struggling. Go get more bags it’s not that hard? cashier : Luc needs extreme improvement but most likely termination

The store is OK, but definitely not perfect. The varieties of products are not as good as used to be. Ballast that I need was only one available, and I need three. The prices went up so badly, its terrifying.

Pointing is very un-useful when you don't know what you need for a project or when you don't know what it looks like! Stop pointing and help the customer, believe me if we knew what we are doing we would not bother to ask!

Very Simple Making Auto Keys

The line in this store was nearly 40 people with 4 cashiers on a Saturday. Customer service has about 6 people with 7 people on line. When I approached Customer service asking for a Manager Vanity told me there was nothing she could do. Her staff could get more cashiers. There is a difference between wanting to help and give good service and just showing up. The staff in this store are not Managed. Many staff members just walking around the store. When you ask for help. They will not help. Always just walk away and that.s if you can find someone.

I had a great experience. One of the employees that work there showed superb customer service. He had no issue with greeting me and showing me the items and I needed and recommending the best quality product. He was a taller Caucasian male. I believe his name was Albert and Olbert.

I just love the courteous and helpful staff at the store. I have never had a bad experience at this store. I have gotten to know most of the employees at this location. They are like my extended family. I am always doing projects in my home and the employees are always asking about my latest ones.

Out of the two stores in my area, this Home Depot has the larger selection of items needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cashiers are fast. If checkout takes long usually it is the customer.

Cashier Rose and Cassandra too rude to be working at customer service those two lady need more training or fired them

The store was clean and employees were, friendly, and very helpful.

Overall a fantastic store! NMB Home Depot has the most organized, and well stocked store in all of Miami

Great Customer Service!

I had a plumbing issue that i could not solve.. i went to the plumbing aisle and asked associate Alfonso Ingram for help, Alfonso solved my problem,, it was not easy and he did not give up. No frowns or gripes just concentration and nice.. Amazing service and awesome attitude. And that was not all.. on the way out i had forgotten an item that i needed.. and,,as you know,, it can be a task to find sometimes.. i asked another associate..Darwin... for help.. rather than tell me where to go.. he actually walked me over to the item i was looking for.. saved me time, headache and frustration .. so.. a great way to begin the day.. great team Alfonso and Darwin.. thank you for your help and marvelous customer service...

Matthew showed great work ethic and a keen attention to detail when it comes to customer service! Matthew made my shopping experience pleasant and simple with his confidence and knowledge of the store and it's many products. 2 STARS BECAUSE I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET SOME HELP. VISITED THREE TIMES OVER SEVERAL MONTHS AND NO ITEMS I NEEDED WERE IN STOCK. I WENT TO ANOTHER STORE, SAME THING. I ORDERED ITEMS FOR STORE PICK UP AND MY ORDERS WERE CANCELED BECAUSE THE ITEMS WERE NOT ACUTUALLY IN STOCK. NO CARTS OPEN FOR COSTUMER USE. I HAD TO CARRY ITEMS TO MY CAR, THIS INCLUDED FOUR WOOD SHELVIN PANELS. EMPLOYEES WERE SLOW TO HELP. DID NOT KNOW WHEN ITEMS WOULD BE IN STOCK BUT STATED WOULD ASK SUPERVISOR TO ORDER. OVERALL NOT A GREAT EXPEREINCE OVER SEVERAL MONTHS.

Homedepot personnel are always very helpful !!!
