I have been going to home depot for years and the sheer lay out of this store is confusing. There are three different isles just for electrical material in three different spots. Not to mention there are only two associates at this store that are nice, polite, and profecional.

the store was inviting and the customer service lady Corrine was a breathe of fresh air.

This store is cleaner, employees are friendlier than the others & are great to deal with. I drive a little farther to this Home Depot just for the selection, employees & parking is better.

We had an online coupon that needed to be applied after we rung up the sale. Rene, at the return counter was amazingly helpful, had a great personality & made the shopping experience and spending money fun! He was awesome. This now our go-to Home Depot.

Best home depot in s. Fl. They are clean they have items in stock I hate when other stores never have what I need. They have great associates if u need someone who is patient and easy on the eyes go for Cassie she will also sign u up for pro rewards. If uhave problems with anything Alex (I think hes an assistant manager) helps solve the issue! If u have problems with deliveries, discounts, and pro Andrew always solves them for me and my wife and my crew. Overall great store I always go there and send my people there -Ed

Overall my experience was a good one, but one of the items i was looking for was out of stock.

My sister and I did not know how to begin our project of building a baby sleeper... John helped us find the right materials to make the project as managable as possible for us, cut the wood, and made sure we had everything we needed before heading out. Not only was he extremely helpful, he was also kind and went above and beyond. I do not think we would have been able to complete this project without him.

Excellent store. Got bulbs easily. Spoke to a very knowledgeable young man about decking materials that easy to maintain. Easy and quick checkout. Perfect buying experience. Kind store person who took my cart for me.

The store is always neat and organized. One area that needs improvement in is labeling items with price tags. Whenever there is a sale, overstock, etc. the products are placed in a stack, pile, etc. with no labels of information such as item price. All I ask is to please provide prices on products that are on display whether the product is in its usual place or excess placed elsewhere in the store.

If it was not for Dan I would have left with a limp tomato plant and no knowledge on how to help it grow. Dan helped me pick out a beautiful tomato plant along with a big pot, a tomato cage and good soil. I have been wanting to start a garden but did not know how. Dan showed me everything I needed to start my own garden and gave me incredible advice. Dan is a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional employee. I had fantastic customer service and a wonderful experience. Anyone I know that needs help with their garden or would like to start one I will recommend Dan. In fact, I have already recommend Dan to several of my coworkers and friends. My tomato plant looks healthy and my seeds are ready to sprout any day now! A+++

What I love most about this location is that it is never too crowded and the staff is always very nice and helpful. They have taken the stress out of my home projects and made them fun and easy. I highly recomment this specific location for anyone that lives in the area. There is another Home Depot a little closer to me but it is always very crowded and sometimes difficult to get immediate assistance. It is definitely worth the little bit of an extra drive!

I was happy that I easily found everything I needed to complete the job, but more staff needed to attend to customers.

Let me share my experience in Home Depot store located at 1245 NE 163rd Street North Miami Beach, FL and highlight all the support I received from a worker. His name is Dan and working in the garden area. This is my third time I asked for help with my project and I've really been surprised with all their collaboration and dedication to explain step by step how my project was to develop. It is more in previous cases that have requested help from other workers just me indicate the area where I need to buy this but Dan let me explain how to do everything. I work at Farmer Markets and had to use concrete weights, create a 3-compartment sink among other things and really had no idea how to do that. Today I returned to the store and the first thing I did was look for my friend Dan to help me with a new project. I really liked their attention and even creative solutions to give me better than I thought I could make. Congratulations for having workers LIKE HIM. MONICA

All the associates are very helpful. There are some key associates to look for if you need anything in particular. I am a contractor for about a year now so I deal with many people and my top 5 there is Reese, Sarah, Cassie, Melissa, and Dwayne for appliances. Reese will get you any paint the ladies are sweethearts. All three of these ladies have solved my problems at the service desk and the pro desk and they always are pleasant and kind. Dwayne knows everything about appliances. I've been to other stores but the people here treat their customers the best. Also everyone in lumber is very helpful and fast paced workers which means less time spent waiting and more time making money.

I saw a customer who was very impatient while finding what he needed. So I found a sales associate and brought him to the customer. I was surprised how well the sales associate reacted to this man even though he was still impatient. The manager must know how to pick the right people for the job.

I am impressed with the knowledge, friendliness & professionalism of the store associates. Everywhere I was, so were they, LOL! At every point, each associate was friendly by saying hello, do you need any assistance. That's impressive. The associate that helped me shocked me with his knowledge of the flowers/plants I was looking for but also helped me with my phone app. Unfortunately, the items (geraniums & shallot seed packets) I was looking for was out of stock. My only complaint about all the Home Depots is that items placed/stacked/displayed other than the shelves or usual displays lack prices. This is my only complaint that I have had since I have been shopping at the Home Depots (all the ones I have been to).

The store cleanliness was ok. Items I needed were easy to find. The associate at the self checkout had an attitude problem. The front manager was the same and did not show willingness to help. What happened to customer service?

Clean, friendly associates, great quality costumer service, lines are not long most of the time.

This store had good stock on items that the North Miami store was completely sold out of.
