Was so helpful friendly With great customer skill,

I received the best service ever from the following employees: Mr. Frantz who found a way to move a cart through a very crowded area because the aisles were crowded with items to be stocked on the shelves. There was enough space to walk on the left and right side however no room for carts. I was directed far going in the wrong direction but found a way to almost make it there and Mr. Frantz took over and helped me get the boards cut etc. Thanks Mr. Frantz. Also Ms. Natasha and Ms. Mesheba helped me at the checkout, very helpful and outside a young man named Methusula helped me put the long boards in the car which were sticking outside of the window. He put a red tie on them and very carefully placed each one inside. I am so grateful for the team of people who were willing to help me get the exact products I needed.

Usually I go to any big box store and expect no customer service. Today was the exception! I found the perfect vanity and one of the guys (Khalele-wrong spelling) was so helpful and engaging. He help get the time and even loaded it in my car. Because of him, I got the perfect vanity without having to wait. Also Anna Rosa, the cashier was a rockstar (the item was mispriced and she helped adjust it). Thank you for restoring a bit of faith back in client service done well!

Associates were helpful, polite, and energetic. Alisha from garden walked me to the product I needed. And Loana checked me out quickly and was very nice.

The lines were pretty long but the cashier managed to make the wait shorter. Alisha is the one who checked me out she was friendly and kept a smile through out the transactions. Employees were also very helpful

Rude, Angry, Aggressive Associates. Some Managers try to make it better but there are serious problems at this store. We still go sometimes because we live just south of the store.

Please people make sure if you are scanning that you see it on the machine before you pay and walk out. If not you will be treated as thief even if it was a mistake... Never shopping here again and this location has been my main store for over 7 year's now. Sad to say i won't be shopping here no more... Head of security need's to work better

David in the Paint department has a sunny and kind way about him. He is so helpful, I was very delighted by his patience.

No one answers the phone. I have called corporate numerous time and they have the same problem while I’m on hold. They delivered another customers order to me, dropped doors on my property with no approval, and someone forged a signature. Took days and hours of phone calls to get them removed. They delivered an appliance a month ago and didn't attach power cord and won’t. I’ve never experienced such lack of follow-thru or resolution. The in-store experience is chaotic and the staff seem extremely stressed and short-staffed with a horrible phone system. The worst. Do better corporate!

Great customer service, very friendly associates. The store is neat and things are very easily accessible and easy to find. I recommend this store to friends and family all of the time! Shoutout to Andre who always has a smile on his face and is super helpful with purchases!

Store #6322 has always been a clean,and inviting store. It always was a pleasure entering this Home depot location. The employees always make an effort to solve any dilema or problem you may have. Thank you Home depot.

Our visit today to this location was excellent. We had great help in the plumbing section, I believe It was Rick. We had super excellent help in electrical with Finn and our check out with Karina was smooth. We know how frustrating it can be asking & getting help but politeness & kindness can go along way with patience!

Two people are really awesome - Big Guy - named John in Hardware section is always so helpful - in fact we look for him to answer question regardless of the area - please thank him. And the cashier ALLEKIEE - who is quite the character - but super helpful and friendly.

I have visited various Home Depot Stores in Miami. This is a better facility in the Miami area. It is clean, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. I bought a refrigerator today, I came to this store by choice and received excellent service with the representative.

I was unfortunate enough to meet Home Depot's absolutely WORST employee, Nick Olson. Nick Olson, while on duty stocking shelves, boisterously and rudely accused me taking a shopping cart that was not my own. "Sure, you can take that cart. Thanks for asking", Nick sarcastically yelled. On the contrary, I brought that particular shopping cart into Home Depot and was using it on my shopping trip. Nick refused my explanation and stormed off, continuing to yell at me, making a scene noticed by many other customers. Nick apparently wanted to claim the shopping cart as his own, likely to use for shelf stocking. Ironically, the very accusation that Nick made against me was what he hypocritically was attempting to do to me: steal a shopping cart. I was not really too concerned about the shopping cart, but Nick's words, tone, and actions toward a customer were obscene. Nick's behavior toward me was wholly inappropriate, even from one human to another, but more-so from a Home Depot employee to customer!

I was just yelled at to "MOVE" "GET OUT OF THE WAY!" When asked the employee to give me a minute to pick out my product, he got in my face like he wanted to fight saying "What'd you day?! Huh?!" I felt like I was about to be jumped and attacked by this Home Depot employee. No name tag. I did speak to the manager but my advice is to stay away from this Home Depot at all cost! Biscayne Blvd right beside Steve's Pizza.
