A HD team member named Steve is brilliant at finding plumbing combinations and solutions. I would have given up. Hired someone and paid for work that (because of Steve) all I needed was a dedicated, enthusiastic, creative thinker that would put together the strange combination of parts to adapt the stupid poorly designed drain in our new Disaster house into a functional perfectly working dishwasher drain. THANK YOU STEVE!

I had about $46 and an expensive saw to buy along with other things. The saw was almost a nonstarter being that they only had one and it was missing the handle. Me being the very definition of someone who has no problem improvising grabbed up the cutting tool and headed to the nearest self checkout with the other items I planned on purchasing. I rang up my items and presented the saw to Clara my cashier and asked her if I could a discount because the handle was gone subsequently even with 30% off then 50% I was still unable to stay under budget until a manager came over and marked it down 70% and that was exactly what I needed

Duffy found for us an obscure tub valve set and we got precisely everything it took to get the job done.

Rented some equipment this week for some of our landscape projects Don and another lady in the rental place are very helpful and great to deal with. Will be calling them again for more rentals.

I bout some new kitchen appliances. The products are wonderful and the people who delivered and installed them did a wonderful and much appreciated job.

I needed something a little bigger for the limb size. It’s perfect!

I have always shopped this store unless they didn't have an item I needed or if I was across town and needed to pick up something and this store wasn't close enough. I have always been able to get help and solid advice from the professional associates. All associates are generous with their time and friendly.

I wish I had gotten the salesperson’s name so I could thank her for all the time she gave me. I was looking for a fertilizer with iron in it and she found it. I was so grateful.

It’s always great when employees are helpful and actually have a smile. You don’t get customer service like you used to, so it says a lot when employees are happy. They either work well with each other or hopefully get raises and vacation time that improves their work ethic. This was a nice store with great staff.

Nicholas and garret were so kind in loading tool cabinet I purchased. Evelyn was a very polite cashier.

We had an issue with our form of payment at check out, went to customer service and the first lady just told us to just use another form of payment or come back another day. We were frustrated with that, but went to check out prepared with another form of payment and told Bex our situation. She spent the extra time to resolve the issue.

This store has plenty of employees walking around (or today just standing talking to each other), but the only cashiers are at customer service or outside in the flowers.

Misti at VIP Pro Support is a super star. She helps us go through many purchases with Home Depot, which makes our job much easier. Misti even went extra miles to work after 6pm with us to make sure our order is completed. We appreciate HD and the VIP Pro Supprt staff like Misti.

I received a gift card for my daughter to use on new house items as the relocates to OKC. The gift card PIN was destroyed in the rub off process. The staff was very helpful and resolved the issue professionally and patiently. Shout out to Tom and Nickaluas! Keep up the good work.

I had to make two trips but thanks to Lamia my issue was resolved on my second trip. Lamia knows more than some of her supervisors!!

Tyler is such cute person that helped us load the order and he went extra miles to help loading into the car. We really appreciate his help. Amanda at Customer Service desk is exceptional. She helped us with the order successfully. We love Home Depot!

There's never any help in the tool area where everything is locked up, you have to walk the store and find someone with a key. or ask someone to call the key holder.

MY CASHIER WAS AUDREY WHO WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME AND WAS EXCEPTIONALLY KIND AND HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE.

All of the employees that I had contact with were friendly and helpful. The products that I was looking for were in stock and I bought an item on sale that I just couldn't pass up.
