Lucia put forth extra effort to assist me. Another sales associate walked a good distance across the store to take me directly to what I was asking about. I always get good advice when asking "what do I need to do to fix "______" (whatever I am needing to repair on this particular visit.)

Outstanding service and selections.

We have been using home depot for all of our home renovations from appliance to carpet to door locks. It was nice to go to a store that there had people waiting to help us throughout the store. I even got offered some roses that we're on sale enjoyed my shopping experience it was worth the trip from Choctaw to this store. Thank You cashier Cindy and sorry the gentleman that was at self checkout that offered me roses.

This Home Depot is the closest and easiest to access home improvement store in relation to our home. However, I generally always enjoy my shopping experiences at this store. The employees are almost always friendly, and if perhaps they don't have the brightest customer service personality, they almost always make up for it with knowledge and helpfulness. This store seems to be smaller than other stores in the area (it may be the oldest OKC?), but I can almost always find what I need. 9.9/10

This store is an absolute winner!! Always well staffed, product available and displayed in a pleasing manner. All employees dressed clean and neat, very professional assistance, I was greeted by every single employee I even so much as passed. The Equipment Rental Department is spot on with a variety of selections and knowledgeable staff serving both the Pro and the DIY'er with the same consideration. I have been shopping at this location at least 20 years and the current team is the most impressive. Thank you!!

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for years every since it opened. Lowes put a store in down at the end of my street but, still go to Home Depot due to much more experienced help. Especially getting wood cut or any of that kind of service.

I do home remodels & repairs & maintenance. I really like the N May & 59th st Home Depot Store because the employees are trained & know where the store products are located. They are helpful, friendly & knowledgeable in the type of work I do-or get assistance if not. Which means a lot to me since time is money to me-and everyone. The store is clean & organized and stocked with the products I need, which saves me time from traveling to other stores. I have had my small business the past 15 years and have shopped at this store since it opened 20-25 years ago. When I find a business that takes the time to train their employees and gives them the tools to work with to help me and then hires high caliber people as well, plus keeps stock in the store--I will stay with that (this) specific store/business. This kind of store is directly reflective of management--which dictates its success or failure. I want to personally thank you #3902.

I like the self checkout lanes and being able to use PayPal at the register. Also the store is open late at night.

Store employees are really nice,friendly, and knowledgeable. Home Depot does need to step it up with their ceramic tile selections though. Lowes has a larger selection, and more up to date choices. Sorry Home Depot!!

I have shopped here for several years. I know a lot of the store employees. They are friendly and helpful. They know my business and my needs. The store is convenient and the products are good quality. I like the way the employees make me feel like a valued customer.

After completing the survey you somehow got the perception that I was displeased with my "shopping experience" there. That idea is completely wrong. I thought that my comments made it clear that I was completely satisfied with my experience in every way. The only reason I indicated that I probably wouldn't be shopping there much in the future is because there is a Home Depot store much closer to my home which I shop at on a very regular basis.

Home Depot employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable

Extremely polite and courteous employees who are alway knowledgable about the products. The store is well organized and is kept clean at all times. Prices are reasonable and sales are always well-priced and competitive. Roger in the Paint Department is an outstanding manager, Duffy who works in the Electric Department is a great employee who is always able to answer questions and make suggestions as help is needed, Charlie who works with the nuts, bolts, wiring and door knob section is another outstanding employee who is always more than helpful and knows his business. This location is a great store and possibly nicer to shop at than other Home Depots with its good management that runs the store quite well.
