I had put off buying a new washer for the past year. I went into the store, found what I needed and it was even on sale. Very good experience.

I checked out with Carolyn in garden at about 2:45 ish... she's wonderful, pleasant, delightful, helpful. the gentleman that made my paint one more gallon of the diamond ultra something in white made my day. I'm sure I had a serious ....go on another gallon paint run. look on my face on a Saturday afternoon. to home Depot in the springtime in Arizona. ugh... he approached me offering to help, had my paint mixed orung up in the system, etc. and even made me laugh. it was pretty funny. so you got a home project going? that means llyou're cooking something good for the weekend....what's on the menu? I had to laugh because we did. our house is torn up. we've got food prepped to get to the week because we're also working full-time and my co-workers and I always have discussions about what we're cooking for the weekend and what's for supper. I thought it was hilarious. he made my day. hope u can figure out who he was. I'm sorry I can't remember his name for being a nurse. I should know my name's better but I don't... painting on my mind. Wednesday at my work someone get the mention. give him a raise seriously great employees. Carolyn. and the paint master!

This store employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even helped load my cart while in the store.

I've usually had good experiences at HD. My last experience was really bad and then really good, to wit: I needed to replace a ceiling fan. Was told that there were none in stock. Went to a different store, was told there was no availability with 20 miles. Went home, went online, and saw that every store in the Valley HAD available units. Called this store and was connected to Pam, one of the senior managers. She was fantastic. I told her my tale, she said I'll check and get back to you. 10 minutes later she called back, said "we have one here, if you want to come pick it up." She met me, showed me the item, checked it was the right one, and then shepherded me through the entire payment process. She was kind, attentive, snd very professional. She even discounted the item for my troubles. IMHO she's the best employee in the store.

I am new to taking care of plants but wanted to add some to my house. Angie had a lot of great answers and suggestions and was very encouraging to me as well.

I recently ordered custom cut Home Decorators Collection pull down push up cellular shades. They came quickly, fit perfectly and look great. Very happy with my purchase!

This store never has inventory shortages and seems well staffed. The parking lot is safe and secure. Lends itself to a pleasant shopping experience. Go Home Depot!

Closest to my house but I will travel to another location. Can’t find anyone except the cashiers after 2 pm who know nothing. Never has what I need in stock. Worst trees in the valley in garden. High theft store. Always a mess.

In my process of remodeling my properties I got so much help from Matt. He went above and beyond to help my search for harware, comparing samples of carpet, and further on appliances need as well as lumber. Other staff Al is also very supportive in my process of looking for the right size of blinds. I am very appreciative of their efforts

I didn’t know you had to make your Home Depot returns at the store that you originally purchased at. I believe that all stores were linked and exchanges could be done. Apparently not from the manager at this store. I purchased over $300 for three Ryobi tools. One of the three tools had been a return in the box re-taped. The original tool was missing and a similar tool replaced it. This was returned to a store and put back on the shelf I was the next person to purchase this tool and once HOME realized that this was a used tool in a brand new package. I went to the North Phoenix Home Depot after work on Friday. (The day after the purchase) and they said they would not return it at their store and go back to the store that I purchased it from. I told them that would be my third trip to Home Depot, and that would be an inconvenience which would at least cost me an hour to an hour and a half of running around, I inform them that I thought all the HOME DEPOT’s work together and I could make returns at any location. The store manager refused to take the return and said to go to the other store. The return could not be made poor Customer Service I rate them zero stars .

I'm getting tired of being followed by someone with a clipboard asking me about the quality of my water, if I have considered solar, or what ever other item being pushed that day. I'm too busy too tired. I've been hounded by these trolls on a daily basis .

This store doesn’t seem to have a lot of item in stock

The customer service is great at this Home Depot store. Peter V went out of his way to help me unload my heavy items from my shopping cart and into my car.

Racquel was the pro associate that helped me and she kicks butt! She went above and beyond to help me order all of my materials. She deserves a raise!

I have the best customer service today that I have ever experienced. I need two new porch lights, and new lightbulbs. Dave and the lighting department was so Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to explain every detail about the porch lights so that I Could make a very informed decision. I really appreciate this kind of customer service.
