This store is well organized making it easier to find things. I like that there always seems to be an employee to help.

Awesome store!!

The couple of times I've been to this store there have been an adequate number of sales people available. Their stock seems more limited than some of the other Home Depots. Paint department had knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Went to this Home Depot store today as I need several sprinklers and other irrigation items and needed a small plastic bag to hold everything in, so two Home Depot associates were walking passed me and did ask me, if I needed help with anything, I told them, I really need a small plastic bag to hold all these items, so they immediately got me a plastic bag which was very nice of them to do. It is customer service like this which tells me, that Home Depot cares about servicing their customers, unlike some other store where you cannot ever find anyone to help you at all, and if you do find someone, most of the time, they will not go out of there way to help you out. I have been shopping at this Home Depot Store now for many years without any negative issues at all, and that is why I will always go to this Home Depot store for any home improvement items period.

The return desk is totally rude and incompetent. they cannot return anything even with a receipt, then act as though the problem is the customers. unfortunately, this is my neighborhood store, i normally go to Tatum and Bell that is a great store, but if forced i use this store.

Elaine in flooring was very helpful. Out of the myriad of different carpet styles available, she identified the ones to pick of time is limited (they install within 3 days) as well as the ones that offer better value for the dollar but install within a week of measurement. She also spoke to the carpet she personally selected for her own home, and that speaks volumes because she sees this stuff every day.

I have been coming here since they opened the doors, and they almost always have what I need. This store is my first stop for advice and supplies, and I rarely have to go anywhere else.

Outstanding Customer Service! This is a smaller Home Depot but don't be deceived, they have big hearts and problem solving abilities, let them help you, you won't be disappointed! When our Fridge/Freezed broke and we were using an ice chest, Jill (The store Manager) came up with a solution that allowed us to order from them and wait the week until delivery, a loner fridge! Stephaine helped us out and Ryan and helper, delivered with a smile, Ryan is a very professional young man that truly cares. Wow what a team. Thank you Home Depot #0401. Customer for life!

Associates were very friendly

Misdirected twice, no one in plumbing to help, not even basic knowledge to find parts. Wasted 30 minutes. Not the store for DIY.

Everyone in the staff were helpful and cheerful! This will be my Home Depot branch regardless of where I move. Keep up the good work!

The place to buy anything for your home - if you need an appliance ask for Brandy! She was extremely helpful to me and I ended up buying not one but two appliances on my last visit. She answer all the questions I had. Thank you!

I already posted a review on the main HD site, but my experience was stellar so I'll be redundant. I purchased a GE water softener on July 4th and when I got it home it was badly damaged. Boxed it up, brought it back. Not an easy task when your alone, 60, it's 110 degrees and the item weighs 100 lbs. My happy meter was very low. Annette was at the return desk, she apologized immediately (she didn't break it) she gives me options in a clear and concise manner (ie., not asking me 99 questions about the item) she saw the damage and sprang into action. That gets me back on the project more quickly (time is money). Her service consistently exceeds expectations, she makes returning an item seamless because she offers solutions, not just here's your money back. I am in your store 3 or 4 times a week, Annette cares about the customers experience and she does it naturally, in behavioral science terms she is "unconsciously competent" which means she doesn't have to concentrate on doing a good job and accommodate people it's just part of her DNA. I know it's not fun working holidays, I'm sure Annette wanted to be at a BBQ like most, so I would understand if she had a lackluster attitude but she didn't. Then when you have the day I had and you get a person who turns a calamity into a positive experience it's important that they get some recognition. I stated in my previous survey that as a Pro Rewards customer I would like to be able to give a store employee points and you monetize them as you wish (gift cards, fuel rewards). I think for many of us who are in the construction business we would be glad to do this for the employees who get us back on the job faster by offering exemplary service. It's a great store, please let Annette know she is valued and represents the company very well. Thanks!

The store is right across the corner from my house so it's so convenient. The staffs are always helpful and knowledgeable in their respective areas.

The store is always busy but never over crowded. Walk down any aisle and you can see the staff helping people. I've never been here without at least one person asking me if I was finding every thing or needed help. I've even received valuable assistance from people who were there to clean. I usually go on homedepot.com and find the items I want, then have the location texted to my phone. In store, it's like following a road map. But I can always find someone to ask if I need help. The store is clean and well stocked. Even the parking lot is always clean. I've had a lot of items shipped to the store for pick up and the customer service people are great. Very nice, efficient...easy in and out.

Young man in floral and landscaping was awesome. Very knowledgeable and pointed out sale flowers that ended up with a sale for the Home Depot!

Returns Department need to step it up and go the extra mile!!! Need help in returning an online product but you came up a bit short! Could have gone onto our website on their phone and had me log in and could have seen purchase. I am very disappointed!!

I had an amazing experience in your large appliance department. Bill Erdstein was my salesman and he was awesome! However, my experience dimmed quite a bit when I went over to the door department and tried to buy an exterior door for my home and was told the door salesman was not in and I would have to come back the next day! You got to be kidding me!

Henry and Brandy were friendly and knowledgeable.

I do most of my home improvement work myself and often need advice. Home Deport usually has what I need and I feel comfortable asking for help and advice in the store. It's a very friendly place.
