So i recently purchased a ceiling fan and drop down pole.we go to install it , the thread on the pole is to small I called to see if you offered the bigger pole, well i guess not

I have been doing business with Home Depot since they opened. This location (NE Toledo), has the best pro desk personnel ever! I get greeted by Robert every time I walk in and treated like I’m the most important person in the store! Danyelle, Cheryl, Norris, Robert are the best there is! Always helpful and professional!

need four buckets with lids to put four different wood pellets flavors for pellet grill in to store and keep dry and airtight to keep from getting damp from moisture for new pellet grill, plus labeling with permeant marker it sticks to bucket also

I received assistance as soon as I walked in the door & help with my materials I purchased.

My daughter is beyond excited for her new room color!! She chose to paint her new bedroom the aqua(ish) color *I believe the actual name of the color is rainwater* as what she wanted for her 10th birthday. She is excited to get moved in and is thinking of decorating with some ocean type wall stickers ☺️ The young lady in the paint department was super helpful in getting us everything we needed to do this project in 1 easy coat ❤️

We bought 130 pickets for a fence on a Thurs night to have ready on that next day (Fri) to be ready to pick up 10/11 am. We emphasized that we were unable to load them, we were told at the time of payment at the service desk, they would be on a pallet/forklift to load into our truck. They were NOT ready and my brother had to load them and pull them himself when we made a point to say they needed ready to load on a truck. They promised they would be ready. My brother had to do it with a bad back, which lead him to the hospital due to a strained back even more cuz Home Depot said they would have them ready and they did NOT!!!

This store lacks competent employee training. I realize some are just teenagers at a part time job and aren't anywhere close to being an expert in any sort of trade but, just the fact they don't know how to operate the scanners, computers, or store policies, or who their manager is that day, or how to do a reservation for tool rentals, or properly load material into the back of a truck, etc. Over the years I have given this store another chance and every time I regret it.

My visit to this home Depot went well

I was looking for a new thermostat, the Home depot website showed 6 on hand in the store. The associates in the store couldn't find even one. Nor did they really have an idea where they might be. I had to order online. The day after I placed the order I received an email that my order is delayed. Getting frustrated.

It was good that I was able to get in there and find the exact socket and a couple other hand tools to fix my car

Since I found out that Home Depot gave money to trumps campaign I will never set foot in a home depot store.

Corey Tomaszewski was very patient with me and all my questions about each washer and dryer i was looking at. He was extremely knowledgeable about each line of product and helped make my decision much easier.

Another store with just self check outs. It’s easier to just shop on line anymore.

I called to get refunds on 2 flooring purchases that were to be done by their installers. When the installers arrived, they found 2 problem areas they were not qualified to address. I had an outside contractor address these, and in doing so did work I had paid the installers to do. Refunds were handled efficiently, professionally, and courteously by the flooring department.

I has the pleasure of working with Norris for two orders recently and he was thorough, professional, and made the purchase experience very pleasant.

One of the best stores around, my experiences have all been good with them. Ive been going there for over 3 yrs and they are great. Im sure some might disagree, but I am talking about my experiences.

Angela was very patient and very helpful during my check out. I was having some issues with my form of payment and she not only helped me resolve the issue but she didn’t mind that I was there for a while.

Home Depot in Toledo on Alexis Road is a great place to go.

I can only highly recommend Store 3848 in Toledo for Building and Maintenance projects! Forget the rest and choose the BEST! HOME DEPOT IS MY CHOICE!

I've purchased everything from cupboards to nails at this store and no matter what I've needed, they've had. (And a lot of stuff that I didn't know I needed...lol) The staff is incredibly helpful and nice as well. Love my Alexis Rd. Home Depot!!

Went in to buy a washer. Maisy was excellent! She is very knowledgeable about products and has great customer service skills. Kiana is a great head cashier helped make sure our purchased went smoothly. Recommend this store.

Needed some tools for an on-site fix for my job. Maranda and Lamarr were extremely helpful in identifying the aisles where I needed to go.

Every worker I encountered was great! My plumbing associate was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with everything. My cashier Carolyn was so sweet, helping me through the application process. I asked her if I could give her a hug. She did!
