Home depot store carries a better selection of items I need is easier to find, also web site is better than your competitors. Store is clean and organized!

This specific trip was to return the second lawn mower I purchased on-line. The first one received was extremely damaged and unusable. The second one came with a wrong clipping bag and missing other parts. I spoke with the dotcom people to get replacement parts. They were not able to help me get replacement parts and recommend I either take it as is or return it to the store. I returned it to the store. The original product I purchased is no longer available so the dotcom people were able to sell me a more expensive mower at a discount. I ended up spending an additional $70 on the third lawn mower plus the opportunity to return the first two lawn mowers to the store. It really does not sound all that reasonable to me when I think about it now. Prior to this lawn mower I ordered 4 water heaters from the dotcom. All arrived damaged to the store. After the first two the model I wanted was no longer available. The third one was smaller and more expensive but sold to me for the original water heater price. I thought this was very reasonable. It was also received damaged. They sold me a forth one for more money that shipped from somewhere else. It was more expensive. Also received damaged. I finally ordered one through the store direct and it arrived in good condition. Of course the original water heater was unavailable and I had to spend more money on the one I got but from the store it arrived intact. This is NOT a good way to keep customers Home Depot!!! You need to Fix the on-line stores shipping. How can a business survive with inadequate shipping when you sell stuff on-line? This store and its associates are great. I will continue to shop at the store and need to give up on the perceived convenience of shopping on line through Home Depot's on-line store.

Al helped me look for front door awnings but did not have any in stock at the store. We went to a computer and we looked them up on line. He was very helpful!

The store was well organized and clean. All associates were friendly.

Had an item delivered that was damaged. Staff bent over backwards to resolve issue.

tHE STORES LOCATION WAS CLOSE AND THE STSROE ITSELF WAS CLEAN AND NEAT AND FOUND EVERYTHIGN i NEEDED

I was in the store looking for someone to assist in the pluming dept. I do not know what the various items, brands or sizes they had in gas water heater. The gentleman was very informative, had patience with me, listened to me, and advised me on which water heater would be best for my home. He also showed me other items such as sump pump, and back flow preventer. He also explained that they have specialist who can come in make an assessment for what I need and then they will tell me the total price.

I only live 3/4 miles away and this store is so convenient for me, plus prices are very competitive with alike stores! Always carries what I need for my home projects!

I found the sales people very helpful and knowledgeable.

I asked for the paint I wanted, got it and was out the door. I love this store.

The store associate at check out was awesome, the store was cluttered and product all over in the isles! Could barely get a cart through some of the isles!!

The store had the product I was looking for. An associate was very helpful in arranging purchase and assembly. I was helped in loading my product in my vehicle when I picked it up.

when I went to home depot I was not shur that I would get the item I was looking for but when I seen the price and the items it had I could not help but to get the lawn motor I needed so bad. when I got home I could not wait to unpack it and try it out . I have a very ruff yard to cut but with this lawn motor it was a brezz and I was dun with my yard in 10 min .

The store was clean the associate was very helpful as we entered the store pointed us in the right direction and we found our item immediately so we shopped a bit more was very pleased with the prices

Went to purchase a grill advertised online as this store having 5 in stock after arriving and asking for grill to be brought out associate checked no more then 5 min and returned to inform us they did not have any in stock I told him we drove 1 hour one way and the website showed 5 in stock could they please keep looking after more then 45 min they advised us they found them. after examining the box we discovered it was last years model and after asking the very unhelpful associates to please check the other boxes to see which grill was in the back as we wanted the newest model she quickly stated they are all the same so we ask if we could open the box to see if it was the newer version just in the same box she stated no. We were then left with the only option to take the only NEW model in the store the display or leave with out nothing. We did end up taking the floor model home after taking it apart to fit into our car the this was a horrible experience for us and the rude unhelpful associates only made it worse.. I do have give shout out to 2 other associates best help us out but were in another department and were just innocent bystanders.

I was there to buy a riding mower. I was looking at the ones outside. 2 associates said they would send someone out to help but no one came. We walked in and then back outside to get a better look. Someone else brought a person over. She knew nothing about the mowers, which is fine, but she was very snotty about it. She told us info that was not true, because we found the answer on the machine and then told us we should look in the manual. She then snapped at us that she couldn't start the mowers but no one had said that to her. We left to look at the selection at Lowes but couldn't find what we wanted. We returned but went in to speak to a manager. A very helpful man named Josh helped us out. He listened, apologized for the rude associate and made the rest of the trip as easy as possible. I ultimately ended up buying a mower but if Lowes had what I wanted, I'd have bought from them.

I came in late Saturday night to pick up a lawn mower, and everyone in the store was super helpful! I pretty much had my mind made up, but the garden associate really cemented my decision. Kudos!

I went to check out at the garden center associate had trouble with the scann r gun which slowed down her line she handled it well but u could tell customers were getting frustrated so if anything please make sure their equipment is working properly

I'm building some outdoor "art" and wanted some 1 1/4" black pipe. the "other" box stores wouldn't cut the pipe so as to fit in my car. Not only did the associate cut it for me (I said about 4', he cut it 48" on the money) but also offered to to thread it too. He also insisted I let him chamfer the inside for safety reasons. Nice
