You will not believe this, but I have shopped @ this location over 15+ years.

The store was clean and items were stocked in the correct ailes.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot since its inception due to the convenience and availability of products purchased for home projects. Many times this store was like our second home. We always find this store to be clean and items in order. My husband and I visited there so much until the associates knew us by name. I would like to suggest a better telephone answering system that doesn't place one on hold for a long period of time. In addition, it would be more convenient to the customers to provide a map layout of the different departments in the store.

The customer service at this store is the far worst customer service I have experience experienced in my life employees are never in there department non of the employees ever know anything and to get a hold of some one is a long wait . Horrible experience

I have visit many home depot stores but this one is special! the people that works there look happy all the time and keep customers very very happy, that's what makes people come back to the same store, i personally take customer service very serious and i can happily say that i'm extremely satisfied for the treatment i receive while i'm visiting this store!

Enrique in hardware is the best in customer service. Today he made me fall in love with homedepot all over again . I'm a single mother struggling in hard times and had to spend my last in buying things to repair my kids bump bed to put a smile on there faces. Enrique took his time with me and also teached me everything I needed to complete my project. Thank you home depot for best customer service I had in a very long time. And your store manager Rene is the best you have. We need more employees like Enrique from hardware ,lot associate like Omar and store managers like Rene.

The Sales Associate at the Home Depot store in Hialeah are friendly and professional. If you need Paint, check out their paint dept. many colors to choose from.
