Toro is a tough mower. This mower is a beast. I can't wait to use it on my yard. I can barely keep up with the self propelled!

If I need more tools I will go there

I entered my order on line last night by 8 pm. I was notified on line by 8:20 am this morning. I arrived at the store shortly afterwards, was loaded up and on my way by 10 minutes. Great service by ordering on line.

Generally Home Depot is well stocked for my personal needs and the Garden Center keeps me moving. There are so many employees who are helpful and friendly and that is important for a senior citizen and for everyone. I use the Drive Up service frequently to help me with my purchases. It’s a great store.

This location usually has whatever Im looking for and helpful staff. I enjoy this location

Replaced my hot water heater a few months ago,old one was still under warranty by 1 year they allowed 600 $ toward a new. One, bought a new refrigerator about 5 months ago works great, always the first place I go when I need anything for my house.

I came in for a replacement ratchet to replace my broken one. And, the worker helped me get a new tool set that was on sale and had more tools that I need.

The employees at this store went above and beyond to help me find the items I needed. The online stock showed 1 in stock and they were determined to find it and they did not stop until they did. They found the item i needed and that made my day.

My refrigerator conked out and I needed to replace it fast. The store salesman came to my rescue showing me several choices and when I explained how much I liked my old LG he found me the almost exact one I had. I’m very happy!

Over time on several different reviews I have been critical of the staff, however this visit I was greeted by the staff upon arrival, I was helped by staff to find a product which I bought and I was helped by staff at checkout and I was thanked by staff before I left the building. Customer service back?? Maybe!

This is the best Home Depot in OKC. I will not shop anywhere else. Always in stock on merchandise and friendly employees that approach and ask if you need help. Big shout out on my last visit to Arturio for helping me.

Customer services keeps putting me on hold for over 20 mins when they are not busy. I know this bc o came inside and there was only one customer when I came into the store. I waited outside for over 40 mins when I was told my order was coming right out.

I purchased a new stove and refrigerator at the Labor Day sale. Patrica was very helpful. She was kind and professional. I had to change my order. The refrigerator I selected initially would not work in my space. I came back to the store, and she helped me make the necessary adjustments. She and Clyde were awesome! They both helped me make sure that it would fit in my space and had the features I wanted.

I was surprised that the 1/2 inch ko fillers were out of stock. Everything else as usual was great!

Associates are helpful, and are easier to locate nowadays. I am somewhat disappointed HD doesn’t offer the: “Take a short survey for a chance TO WIN A $5,000 HOME DEPOT GIFT CARD.” Now HD will only receive feedback when it’s negative…

if you want the subtle experience of going into a brick and mortar establishment where the employees are glad to have jobs and aren't somewhere hiding then go anywhere else. order online home depot doesn't want us in their stores at least not the store on nw expressway. go anywhere else.

Online services failed to provided me with my items as promised and no one at home depo took the take to respond to me until I mad over 5 calls to them.
