I had a couple of items that I needed to obtain quickly. Two young ladies from the service department went back to find the items in receiving and in no time came forward with the items.

I stopped by this location to rent a 26' ladder for a light installation project. I had the pleasure of working with Dee in Tool Rental. Dee was so pleasant and knowledgeable! I really enjoyed our interaction and personally left feeling so much better than when I came in... I also shopped around the store and was approached by nearly every employee that passed by asking if I need any assistance. I often shop at Home Depot locations across the country and this is by far one of the BEST locations in terms of customer service, product availability, and access to reliable tool rentals. My mother now has a BEAUTIFUL crystal chandelier, thanks in part to Dee and Home Depot!

I'm in the process of moving to Raleigh, and have visited this store several times. Each time that I've needed to interact with an employee, it's been a really great experience . . . whether in the paint department, tools, or lighting. Each time, the employee has been kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

I visit and buy regularly at HD. I am generally satisfied with the service I get however I have been in the store in the hardware dept on several occasions and have not been able to get assistance even when asking to have someone sent to the hardware area for assistance.

My lawn irrigation system sprung a leak after my pick axe spliced a buried hose. Fortunately, Martin, who works at my neighborhood Home Depot directed me to couplers and hoses needed to put things in order. By the time my wife came home, my repair work was complete. I love a happy ending and Home Depot made it happen in record time.

Better to buy your products from your local nursery where you can find very helpful employees that will always help you and always thank you for your business. Until I went to a local plumbing store, I did not realize how much more I was paying for plumbing supplies and bot 10 times better customer service from people who actually have plumbing experience. Some have plumbing experience at HD, but it is too hard to find one.

I own a small company and we spend about 95% of our purchases at Home Depot . We normally Shop the Capitol Blvd store. Rarely visit this location due to convenience factor. I will say the employees at this store are not as friendly and will not speak to you if passing by them in the store. They do not seem happy actually. It is a bigger store so they do have a bigger selection.

Incompetence runs rampant throughout the store.

RUSHED OUT OF THE STORE, IT'S A CONSTRUCTION ZONE INSIDE THE DARN STORE.

I went in to get 2x replacment propane tanks and as soon as I entered the store, an employee greeted me and asked how they could be of assistance. When i stated my need, another employee closeby immediately assisted me and had me on my way out. My experience at this store has always been pleasant mostly due to thier very courteous staff who are always willing to help.

I have spent Thousands of Dollars at this Home Depot on Strickland Road over the years. Johnathon has always greeted me by my name. He has helped me get products ready for numerous jobs I have done. He is always friendly and very professional. He is very knowledgeable on many products in the store.

I was impressed by the quality of the staff especially the woman in appliances who took extra time to see if she could find nd the LG Refrigerator Filter I was looking for. Unfortunately there were none to be found.

Don't usually visit Home Depot, they cram way too much into the narrow isles and don't care. Walked by several Home Depot people, they turned and looked the other way, they don't care, now, nor do I.

Everyone is amaizing in this particular Home Depot, I am remodeling my own house, and I am doing for myself, I had all help I need it from the right person in Home Depot.😁😁😁

This is the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. If they organized the store and put products in sensible locations (why are there two areas of ladders that aren't even close to each other?), it would still be terrible, not least because it's filthy. They leave pallets if products in aisles blocking things. They lock up an excessive amount if products, and if you're lucky enough to find an employee to unlock them for you, they often don't know the codes to do so. It's genuinely terrible.

Jim is a sweet and funny man who goes above and beyond. It's always a pleasure to shop when he is there. It was easy to find a stove we liked and arrange a delivery. We are looking guard to shopping again.

It used to be I couldn’t walk very far in Home Depot without being greeted or someone asking me if they can help, but not at this store. The worst is the checkout staff! The most unfriendly bunch of people! When I checked out today at the garden center, the cashier never said hi, never replied when I said hi, he only gave me my total and handed me my receipt. He has checked me out many times and he is always miserable.

This store is my go-to. Well stocked; experienced, helpful associates; good sales, neat, clean and fun to shop there. Thank you

I usually don’t shop this location. I think the parking lot is awful.

I came with my spouse to get decking boards, but there weren't enough on the shelf for us. We asked and were directed to the assistant responsible for number, who checked and found more boards are outside. He asked us to come to the back as it wouldn't be possible to move them on the shelf immediately, and patiently looked after us while we inspected and found the remaining 20 boards needed for us at the back door. We were very happy that we don't have to go to another store! Thank you!

Will not continue going to this location. Overly aggressive employees at self checkout, I knew I should’ve went to the female at self checkout who was smiling, but he said something first. He was not nice at all, and should not be in customer service.

The mulch was out of stock in the pick up asle and the attendant went inside and picked up 10 pallets and brought to my car to load, very helpful!

Lo, Adam, Ryan & Wayne are the best prodesk staff around, they always go the extra mile to make sure it’s right & accurate!

Was looking for two items in the store and only saw two associates in the floor on a Saturday- took too much time to find what I was looking for

Their checkout line is a chaotic mess. Yesterday a customer was directing people to the next cashier because no one knew what was going on especially the HD checkout people. It’s a terrible situation

Staff was kind and courteous.

The is the 2nd time I need a 4x8 piece of plywood ripped. I waited over 20 minutes for someone to rip it, but they couldn't find anyone qualified. I ended up leaving. This isn't the first time this has happened. HD used to be reliable.

We bought a tree and I was very beautifull, I really recommend this store.
