Each dept had people with Product knowledge and were hepful and friendly. the paont dept, lumber and pro desk

The paint department associate was very helpful. I liked a particular color of aqua in the Moore brand but usually prefer Behr paint. The associate said she could mix any color with any brand. This helped me make my paint decision easier. The color is very accurate to the color sample card. Their is no limit to the available colors and great brands of paint at Home Depot.

If you have a project that requires lumber, the guys in this store are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Marisa made my smallest purchase a Joy. The manager on duty that could not waste her time to walk to the front to speak to me but had the time to call twice could learn from her.

I was happy with the help I received today at the Napa Home Depot in the paint department. I was looking for an unusual product and they had it in stock on the shelf!

This is a very clean and well organized store and I have always had good experiences in dealing with the staff.

Impressed with the customer service provided to me on my most recent visit to the Napa Home Depot. Chrissy was most helpful during the selection and purchase of my laminate flooring.

Twice we have been in the store and needed assistance with items that required a fork lift. The first time it took over an hour to get someone to help us. The second time the guy kept trying to get us to buy one that wasnt up high.

The store is a mile away from my home. I know it better than most of its employees. Sometimes I help other customers to find what they need or help with an advice.... Store is good. I have no problem to find what I need. I wish Home Depot would develop an incentive for employees to stick around longer (good pay/career - maybe less people, but more efficient and better reimbursed). It is "a revolving door"- you see new employees almost every day - and then they are gone after a short period of time... Night hours - restocking crew works. Would be nice to have one door/register open for customers to get in -to purchase - sometimes professionals have to hit the road at 4:00 am - and need to get supplies. I've seen HD open 24 hours (Seattle, WA. Aurora Blvd.) very convenient. Helps a lot. I hate to say it, but... more competition among hardware stores would help to keep prices down and selection/options much better. I miss The Yard Birds - their employees were superior to HD, the store suppliers were also different. Diversity is always good. I try to spread my money around - to support all hardware stores and improvement centers. I would hate to see America becoming an HD and Walmart only nation.... Honest opinion, sorry. Do a good job - people will vote with their money. Thanks, Alex.

Decent amount of help compared to other Home Depot's I visit.

The tool person was very helpful. He explained which bits would fit with the hammer drill I was purchasing, opened the item,and demonstrated which bits fit the product I was purchasing; most helpful and educated me.

Employees too busy talking on personal phones or about their dogs to be helpful. My understanding is that they are there to HELP customers, not today. There were some employees that were doing their job well, I will say and I am sorry they are included in this negative review. We use Home Depot all the time and have enjoyed the experience, but this group of employees they have now need some training, customer relation training

There has never been a time when visiting this Home Depot, that the availability of help wasn't right there when I needed it!

the help was amazing and found everything in seconds as well as telling me what to do with it. the cashier was incredible. she signed me up for a charge with many benefits. she was very sweet.

We are remodeling our kitchen and needed to purchase a new refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. David helped us on Friday, April 1 and Bob Harris completed the sale today, April 7. Both were a delight to work with and charmed us with not only their knowledgeable but their humor. Great experience.

My husband had a little trouble picking up my order as it hadn't completely processed yet since I ordered it online 10 minutes before he got there!I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to pick it up at all that quickly!

I was working on a plumbing problem with my shower for over a year. I had been getting help from ACE, but nobody at ACE knew how to fix my problem. Bob in plumbing at Home Depot figured out the problem and then got several parts from different departments to fix my problem. My shower works for the first time in two years. Yea!
