Had a great shoping experience at this home depot. Everyone was so helpful.

I've been shopping for a bathroom renovation and visiting HD's in the general area. The Naperville staff have sought me out to assist me on several occasions when I was clearly in need of help. Several have gone above and beyond to support me in making renovation decisions. A few helped me outside their departments. I feel good about visiting this location because I know the staff are knowledgeable and will offer excellent customer service. In the end, 99% of the products for this bathroom will be from HD. I love, love, love the tile!

I am so glad I started taking my lawnmower and snowblower to Home Depot. They do a great job and I get my tools back quicker than anywhere else that I have used.

I like a store where I can ask the employees to recommend the best product for my application. Today I met that female employee working in the paint department. What a pleasure.

I went to purchase recessed led trim advertised on line for $17.49 for a 4 pack. The store was out of 4 packs. The associate was kind enough to sell me 4 individual units for the price of a 4 pack.

JOY in the paint department made sure someone from the flooring department came over to help us right away. JENNY in the flooring department is a SUPERSTAR, she helped us find the right product without wasting time. We purchased 35 cases of flooring within 15 minutes of meeting with her. Every time we need help at the store, the staff is friendly and gentle. Really cool people.

Les Gadd is my guy in appliances. He knows the details and takes pride in his work. He is of genuine assistance throughout the buying process and openly wants the best for the customer. I have also been in a number of times to pelt the electrical guys with questions. They, too, are helpful and engaged in trying to help solve the problem.

Four associates helped me out this day.. lense helped me by making several keys, the all worked! Don P in flooring gave some great advice on how to finish my project. The fellow from plumbing was kind enough to cut a piece of aluminum Threshold. With a smile. Josh at customer service provided great customer service.

This store has very helpful and mature employees.

This store is very neat & clean. Well-stocked, lots of items were available on the shelves. Employees were friendly & helpful. We will definitely be returning! Thx Home Depot!!!

I ordered a sink and faucet online that was delivered to my home. I called this store to try and set up a time that they could install it for us. The whole process has been incredibly frustrating. I called and a women picked up and said she was with a customer and that she would call me back. 2 hours later I still had not heard from her, so I called back. When she tried to set up the installation for me, she said she could only have me pay for it at this time, but could not set up a date or time for it to be installed. She tried to write down my credit card information for over 20 minutes, because she kept doing it incorrectly. After all of this, she said she would call me back and never did. It is 3 days later and I still have not heard from anyone about when the sink and faucet will be able to be installed. The whole process has been incredibly frustrating and this needs to be changed to an online system that customers can schedule themselves.

The store was clean and the people were friendly especially your cashier Skye, she is was a beautiful spirited girl. Skye was very helpful and quick with her job I looked down and looked up she was done scanning everything I never seen anybody do their job so quick and clean she definitely deserves a raise!!!! Also she’s quite the delight I could talk to her for hours because she understood my project and even added on tips that really helped. Tell her keep up the good work!

It's amazing how kind everybody is in this store!! They make sure you can find everything you need! It's a great place to shop!

I normally don't have a problem here but I did today. The one thing that I really don't like about this store is the self check out. Why should I do your job for nothing ? Hire people not machines.

I love shopping at the clean, orderly, organized, big store. I like to go to the different alleys surveying the items for future visits. I enjoy talking to the accommodating and helpful employees. I lose myself in the beauty of the gardens and plants. How I wish that I could afford to buy all the plants to fill my home.

Employees were not friendly. Phones were ringing off the hook. Finding someone to help was a challenge. Overall VERY disappointed in this store. If you need help I would highly suggest visiting a different hardware store.

The employees at customer service were very disrespectful. As a regular customer of Home Depot, I will not visit this store again. They need to train their employees. Very disappointing experience.

Associates were friendly, the store was neat and clean. Toni was especially kind. She made sure we'd get a discount for the box of the item we bought was wet and we had to cut it up to do a quick check and make sure the item is not moldy. It was essentially an out of box item in the end. Semaj and Mike were also friendly. Most everyone was nice and helpful. :-)

Love my local Home Depot !! Especially the Garden Center in summer -- I am a "frequent flyer" there!!

The customers are super confused in the store, and the aisles are full of garbage product displays. Good luck trying to move a cart in the store.

I am please to say the folks who work in the outdoor garden area are consistently very helpful in helping me and my wife for our gardening needs year after year. We really appreciate THAT!

I want to thank Lauren/Loren for reaching out via phone to let me know about a product I tried to purchase. She was so pleasant and her personality made me smile on the inside. Great customer service. I came right out to the store within 30 minutes after her call. Thank you, Ma'am!
