When it comes to fixing small repairs or upgrades around the house or property - I can find anything I need right here. Also, staff are very good at giving technical assistance and information.

During our recent shopping trip to Home Depot we encountered several employees who were genuinely happy to help us. They provided great service and every employee we encountered was positive, smiling, and helpful.

Went into HD to look around, a lot of folks milling around, a HD emp asked if we needed help, she is efficient, informative and fast. Thank you Lena, we appreciate your assistance.

As a 100% disabled VietNam Veteran, I sometimes, most of the time find it very difficult with parking, because your store tends to leave carts and shopping carts loaded at the Handicap spaces, making it difficult to exit or enter our vehicle. I think it would be better to stage these items by the entrance of the store. I wish I took some photo's next time I will.

I have had at least two experiences with cashiers who have been passive aggressive and slowed down there checkout process and rolled their eyes when I asked to have my HD app military discount scanned. The change in attitude has been noticeable. Won’t be coming back to their store. Will instead drive down the street to the one in blue and white that is more pleasant to shop at.

Recently I had a big job to do at home. Shopped at both Home Depot at Naples area and it was such a nice experience. Stores are neat and very well organized. Both people that helped me, Ron at Paint department and Lena at appliance department, were amazing! They made my visit a real pleasure. Will gladly come back!!!

Management excellent . I deal with AJ when I’m in there he knows where things are and will make sure he helps in any way he can to keep customers happy . The staff knows where things are , they are friendly and know how to move customers through checkout in a fast friendly manner . I’m referring to the Pine Ridge location . Very busy store not very knowledgeable and courteous .

Stopped at another big box and couldn't find what I needed. Went to find some help and was told that there wasn't anyone. Went to Home Depot and was helped to find what I needed within minutes. Home Depot will be my first stop in the future.

Marcello from HD in Naples was so helpful. He took the time to understand my issue, search for replacement parts, and in the end used his skill to help repair my damaged item so I could get back to work! Amazing!!!

My dishwasher of 15 years broke, so I came to the store to buy a new one. Cristina, your associate was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable about the product, and guided me to make a good selection according to my needs and budget. She went above and beyond explaining the new innovations (soil sensors, improved water filtration, more efficient jets, dish rack designs, etc.,) and updated prices. In general my shopping experience was great thanks to Cristina!

Spent far too long in line as there was only one cashier. Then helped a disabled Army vet load his truck, since there were no employees to help. The lot was a mess with carts and trollies. Very disappointing.

On July 3rd, 2023 at about 5:15pm, was was met with employees walking away from customers as to not speak or address questions. The limber department gentleman was fantastic as well as the cashier. The rest were not helpful or appear to just be focused on their phone. Definitely some work and improvement needs to happen in respective or employees being willing to actually speak with customers. The more they can guide or tell a customer where to find an item, more likely customer with spend money for items they may need.

Home Depot is a store that is seasoned and runs well compared to its competitor with whom I had nightmare experience. I will only shop at Home Depot for any and all my home design needs. Had closets built, were also spectacular.

It was a total two day nightmare. I ended up paying $820.75 for a $519 water heater which was under warranty! I received a $444.05 credit for the exchanged water heater, yet ended up with $820.75 bill for the difference plus installation. The whole experience was extremely deceiving. When given the quote I was under the assumption that the price included the cost of my new water, with my credit yet to be supplied. The customer service was the worst I have ever received.
