I bought a new pressure washer, the guy in that section gave me great advice about the psi, water pump, oil and gas to get me going. I thought Serena and Crystal were very nice and friendly and made my buying experience pleasant eventhough the computer went down on us twice during the transaction!

Started looking for Kitchen counter tops for our Home Renovation project, walked into Home Depot which I have visited often looking for Quartz or Granite material, our sales rep Cam came over and provided all the information we needed including sales promotions on the products. He answered all our questions and made the whole process enjoyable.

I purchased wood and paint , very helpful staff . They were not understaffed and we're very Friendly and fast. Great experience

I found a great price on a Ryobi pressure washer for myself. And a Milwaukee blower for my wife she loves battery powered tools.

Slow with getting back to us on a simple flooring quote. It took 3 calls, a week and 2 managers to actually get one. They told us 24hr, the so called flooring specialist Cameron Luke was confused himself about the notes and extremely inconvenienced and bothered by our presence. I will shop HD again but only when I know what I want and not needing any assistance or help from their staff...

I bought a toilet repair fill valve kit for my Toto toilet that is 20 years old. The kit was easy to install and works as desired. I go to Home Depot for all my needs.

I was looking for a drill/screwdriver and the associate was very helpful about finding the one I wanted and needed.

Whenever I come into this store, it feels like I'm bothering the employees to get answers for my questions. Waited over 10" for help, never came but there were 7 employees in an aisle shooting the breeze.

KNOWLEDGE OF ITEM SPENT $61 DOLLARS ON BEAR PAINT AND WAS TOLD THAT IT ONLY NEEDED ONE COAT .I CALL BEAR PAINT AND FOUND OUT THAT ONLY CERTAIT COLORS COVER IN ONE COAT AND THE ONE I GOT DID NOT
