On my visit to the store,the store was immaculate, as I walked through the greetings were out of this world everyone I came in contact with was so courteous,After explaining what I was trying to locate the staff went to the computer located the items and explained what I had to do and how to obtain excellent results.I also was given different alternatives.Home Depot in Neptune is the BEST

Like many good things, it (tastes) was great and less (filling) cluttered. It was a busy Saturday and the store was clean and seemed well managed, cashier was quick and knowledgable of how to look up prices on nuts and bolts.

Brian was most helpful as well as Kevin. Both were eager to provide assistance which was important to me, a novice at home repairs.

I found everything I needed. Every salesperson I encountered, they were helpful. I found that the salespersons were available if I needed to ask a question

Of all the Home Depots I've shopped in, this one is my favorite. It might be partly due to the proximity to my home, but also because I almost never have a problem finding an item - or an answer to a question. I find that the associates are very knowledgeable and ready to help with anything - and if they are unsure of something, rather than say "I don't know" and walk away, they find someone who can help! I must recommend that if you have an iPhone, you should get the Home Depot app. You can look up items on the app for price and location in the store, plus there are calculators (like one for drywall) and other tools to use - and you can even create a shopping list!! I was specifically shopping for spray foam insulation to keep mice from entering my home - and found that there is one with Pestblock!

Products were easy to find and the store associate who helped me check out was fantastic (Ralph)

Associate Jenese saved the day. I wouldn't spend one more sent in your store if I was solely judging on you unprofessional and unhelpful deliver boy. Teach your people to say thank you and say your welcome. He barley spoke and offered no other tips or help with my purchase. I been in your store before and seen him making keys. Please teach him basic manners or put him some place he doesn't have to use basic manners.

The sales associate was extremely helpful to me in the purchasing of my refrigerator, as to size, price and quality of product.

I always use the website to locate the item I wish to purchase prior to going into the store. Items are always easy to locate.

ALWAYS SHOP AT THE NEPTUNE HOME DEPOT.... ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.... GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU FIND SOMETHING IF YOU CANT

Had a problem with homedepot.com. Customer service went above and beyond to help me out.

Donna was the best with her help! Even though she works in the paint department she left with me to the flooring department to assist in my purchase of back splash grout. The floor associate was busy with several customers & could not help me. Donna went out of her way to get a ladder and in her assistance of picking the right grout for a back splash my wife had picked out. It is perfect thanks to Donna. You have a true gem of an associate with Donna. Even though I had to return the un-sanded grout for a sanded grout, I was still able to get the exact product I needed because of Donna. Please note I was advised by the flooring associate to buy the un-sanded grout instead of the sanded grout. My installer preferred the sanded grout. Customer service was also extremely helpful too.

Very clean and helpfulness was a great experience. It was so easy to shop it turned out to be a perfect workday.

Living locally I am a regular customer at this store. I've had many positive experiences and very few negative. Like to give positive positive kudos to Mae in the painting department for her professionalism, recommendations for my project, and general effort at providing excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this store for all of my paint needs.

While visiting the Home Depot in Neptune is an experience, especially on a weekend, it is a pleasant store to shop at. Associates on the floor are always helpful and if they are not sure of something, they find the person who is knowledgeable for you. The garden/outdoor department is overflowing with flowers and plants for the season. The only downside is that there should definitely be an IN gate and an OUT gate. it would make it much more easier for people using the flat carts. It is difficult to enter between the customers that are checking out. Home Depot is definitely the place to shop for all your garden needs and the prices are great

I like shopping at home depot for all my household and gardening supplies. It is one of the best stores in this area for all your household needs. Your associates are courteous, helpful and well informed. They can direct you to the exact location for the item you are looking for.

PROBLEM WITH PRO-TRUCK DELIVERY OF TIMELYNESS AND CORRECT ITEMS
