the store was clean did not need help because I searched the product on line before going to the store it provided me with the isle the product was in so I needed no help

I went to get some colored mulch to freshen up my garden and I fully expected to load it all myself.....just when I grabbed a big flat trolley, the cashier offered to call someone who would load it up for me AND put it in my car. This is AWESOME! And, better yet, it was brand-name Scott's mulch and it was ON SALE. It doesn't get much better than this. LOVE my Home Depot!

Always find what I need. associates always greet you with "Hello" or "Is there something I can help you with?".

It was evening, and drain pipe in kitchen leaking. Took old metal pipe parts to Home Depot to match them up. Had an EXTREMELY helpful associate. The metal pipe parts were not available, but he showed me what plastic PVC pipe parts to use and made sure I understood how to do it. Made sure I had PVC primer and cement too. Did everything he could to make sure I would be able to go home and repair the problem. Thanks to his help, a very troublesome problem became much faster and easier. The price was much LOWER than I expected. The advice alone was worth it! Bonus: the PVC will probably last much longer than the metal did.

The guy that works in garden with a beard, glasses, and a hat was great!! I think his name was Bob?!?! He helped me find everything i needed, even gave me a washer i needed from his apron pocket. Ill deffinitely be back to this store

I needed to do my front lawn this weekend. The associates was wonderful helping us through the store finding our weed block fabric, edging, mulch etc. She was very bubbly helping customers. 2 men helped us load the car and we were on our way....super easy!

I compare prices and usually The Home Depot is less than most stores and I find the items I need. Thank you.

This store has wonderful customer service. Dave spent lots of time helping me choose my lumber and other items for my project. He was very patient with me as I had lots of questions and concerns. If every employee was this helpful and knowledgeable, Home Depot would have no competition.

The store Associate, Ed, was most helpful and friendly. He seems to enjoy his job very much. After he loaded my cart with heavy stones and put them in my car, I noticed he walked over to another customer who was putting items in his car and Ed offered to help him and did. I asked if I could tip him and he told me that is not allowed and it is ok with him. I wish they could be compensated for carrying items out to the cars. Thank you for a great experience and help at The Home Depot in New Castle, Delaware!

Spring is here and our first trip was awesome...In and out...got everything we needed...Nakia was wonderful at check out!!!! Helpful, Positive....We will be back!

Make associates more available to service customers

I graded both "Associate Availability" and "Associate Helpfulness" as average because I did not utilize either service and didn't want to over or under compensate. What bothers me is having made a purchase of pathway lights and considering buying a couple more I checked the web site. I am disappointed to find the web page offers an extended warranty but I was not offered this option in the store. I would have definitely purchased the warranty had it been offered.

I MUST SAY I ENJOY SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT! I'VE SHOPPED & BROWSED WITH THE COMPETITOR AND THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! NEVER HAD TO WAIT FOR 10 MINUTES PLUS TO GET ANY HELP FROM YOU! I APPRECIATE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR ASSOCIATES DELIVER !

John in Hardware on FRI.4/10/2015 helped find parts that could be used to restore a piece of exercise equiptment that was delivered missing some essential parts.

Store was very clean was long line took ten mins. To check out have a lot of home repair to do this year
