I have been going there 23 years because it is nearby. An ebb and flow in service quality. Right now it is in ebb. Few staff, many new and don't know anything, aisles cluttered with things you have to fight around to get to the shelf. Long lines at the registers unless you go at a real off time. Never, ever, see a manager.

Employees are always very courteous and eager to help. The store is well maintained and stocked. I've never had an issue at this location. I also liked when they had Saturday workshop/activities for children, those created fond memories for my girls.

I had to buy lumber because the family member is helping me fix broken parts of my deck. He told me what to get, but when I got in the store, I was a little confused Help me purchase the lumber and helped me load it into my vehicle, which was no small task Horace deserves recognition for being available, helpful and competent!

I bought my stove and dish washer months ago to furnish an apartment for rent. I am very pleased and excited to have Robert again to help me choose my dish washer for my personal use. Thank again, Robert. Best, Gwen

The associates are The Best, especially Christina!!!

We enjoyed our experience working with Ms.Jefferson at the New Rochelle HD to design our new bathroom vanity. She did all she could to get us the best quoted price.

I was helped by very pleasant employees who seemed to genuinely care from when I shopped to checking out.

I ordered 2 shades of grey my painters came after painting the ceiling they discovered all the paint was white!! I had to pay them for their time + uber to my nearest Home Depot to switch out the color I spoke with a manger & all he said “ was thanks for telling me” I should’ve been compensated in some way!

Was very happy to purchase my appliance and assisted by Mr Slatter.

I bought some necessary, nonessential supplies. I found everything I needed easily.

Robert the HD Sales Rep was excellent and made sure I got exactly what I needed. By the way I purchased this dishwasher over the phone!

The New Rochelle location used to be great, but not anymore. I assume management changed. All the employees seem rude, miserable and do not want to assist. When you finally ask a question you usually get the wrong answer for the most basic of questions (“where can I find this”). The Yonkers location off i87 is better.

Samir was amazing walked me through step by step and made sure I was not rushing or getting the wrong items

Could not locate an employee and there are none at the checkout area. Everything is self service. They warn you that you are on camera while checking out to make sure you scan every item. But I really think it's all for show.

There are folks that have worked there for years who always have good suggestions. We got our washer and dryer at that store and had sheds installed from there.

Freezer recently bought - working great.

I went to the store looking for a common product. Asked a young employee where I could find it. She said that she did not know what it was and then walked away without any further attempts to help. What a disgrace!

Tried calling this store several times, once let the phone ring for 12 minutes and no one ever picked up.

Tiana Tiana Tiana!!!!! Best cashier. She is the sweetest and deserves a raise. Co-orperate should meet her. SHE represents Homedepot Well.

Great store and prices

I have been shopping at this store for the last 30 years. Lately I find the staff friendlier, more knowledgeable and helpful than in the past. You feel a sense of happiness to help you.

I have been using this location although I live closer to another Home Depot. The staff is always pleasant, and very customer friendly. They have made some changes to stream line the shopping experience and the store is clean.

New Rochelle Home Depot is very organize clean and staff is helpful.

I bought soil for my garden at the beginning of the season and am very satisfied with the outcome.
