THE STORE ASSOCIATES AND STORE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT A DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS WAS SCHEDULED WHEN, IN FACT, THEY NEVER SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY. THE STORE MANAGER CLEARLY MISREPRESENTED DURING TELEPHONE CONVERSATION. THE STORE ASSOCIATE PROVIDED A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL TO CONFIRM DELIVERY BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE. HOME DEPOT CORPORATE NEEDS TO CONSIDER CHANGING THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS STORE.

Great customer service in trying to locate my items with the help of an associate. In addition I accidentally left one of my packages on the counter at check out. The cashier came looking for me and called out to me to give me my package. I was extremely grateful.

The seasonal outdoor plant area was in terrible shape! There were absolutely no signs anywhere, either with prices nor plant names. The same plant was scattered in 3 or 4 locations and all in different condition/quality. It turned out that the miserable ones were the same price as the ones that were bigger and healthier (The color I wanted was only available in small/miserable) There were 2 employees there but seemed to have selective hearing and did not answer anyone's questions about prices. Home Depot should have a better system for the area, since they've been doing it for so long. Very frustrating and I ended up going to a REAL garden center for most of my project.

Products we easily located, associates very helpful.

Easy access to isles and products. Most important, employee was most helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me find everything I was looking for. I will be using this location for all my future purchases at Home Depot.

The people at ths store were very helpful and the store is kept clean. I had no trouble checking out overall a good experience.

From the moment I walked in I was directed immediately to the proper aisle. An associate there looked at my damaged item, matched it up perfectly, prepared the pipe to the proper length and sent me on my way. Everything could not have gone more smoothly. I went home and immediately made the needed repair and everything now works as it should.

I was looking for a product to help me clean my greying deck. Unfortunately, there were no associates to help me. I immediately found one very expensive product that advertised as a deck cleaner but wanted to see more options and it was unintuitive where deck cleaning stuff is (think paint). There all in all ended up only being two products an expensive and an on sale product. The cheaper product took me 3 hours to clean my deck but I was advised by a painter friend of a different solution that would have taken much less time. Would have been nice for an associate to advise me of that.

Would like to have associate on every aisle to assist a customer.

The cashier lashanna at the returns desk was very helpful , she took her time she was very patient with me she brought me the correct product I needed thank you for that wonderful service.

The cashier, Erick, was particularly helpful, courteous, cheerful and knowledgeable. Made for a very pleasant checkout.

Stacy made our shopping so easy, we needed several small pieces for a DIY pop up sprinkler system and we asked her for assistance, she really knows her stuff and is friendly and very helpful, got us everything we needed.

I wanted to buy rooting hormone. Had never used it--or seen it. The garden center cashier was unfamiliar with it and called an associate to help me. She looked it up on her smart-phone to see if Home Depot carried it and to get an idea what kind of package we were seeking. When we couldn't find it, she got help from another associate who referred us back to an aisle we had tried earlier, without success. The enterprising young woman climbed up the shelves, rooted around and located the single remaining little container of the product! Great teamwork. Great customer service. Smiles all around.

Visited this store for cleaning supplies and garbage bags. Also wanted to check out some tiles for a kitchen project.. The price on cleaning supplies is the best.

If you need help in the lumber section do yourself a favor and ask for John Peter! I had to make a lumber selection and get it cut to spec (a couple of times) and I must say that I was consistently amazed at how knowledgeable and friendly and helpful John Peter was. Now I drive a little extra distance just for the customer service it makes all the difference in the world!

Best Home Depot I've been to. Polite staff, ready to help when they can be located and the product offering is always good and most times available.

On many occasions associates in the lawn and garden areas played deaf when asked for assistance.

I visited the garden center, and was surprised that it was twice as big as one of the Bronx stores, garden center. The staff was available to answer questions, and the selection of plants and garden needs was all I needed.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A HOME DEPOT! ANDY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I LEFT WITH THE PRODUCT I NEEDED(WHICH WAS NOT A NORMAL REQUEST).
