I was there this morning. The staff was cleaning the carts and making sure everyone wore masks and keep their distance. The store had everything I was looking for and the cashier Denise was attentive and helpful, she save me a good amount of money by oneping a credit car. The gentatment by the door help me load my car and took the shopping car away. Thank you for providing such a great service specially in this trying times. Sincerely April

Great staff and they are really helpful.

Store does not allow store credit to be used by spouse with same last name even with identification. If you have store credit make sure the person with store credit is present.

The store was clean and tidy. I was able to find the product I was searching for. The associates were friendly and helpful

Great Store, with plenty of stock. Employees are a happy bunch eager to help. They are generally very helpful finding products, but not really construction and repair specialists. Please put up a board of PROFESSIONAL licensed specialists and contractors for reference.

Cashier Vanessa was very helpful on the phone and in person. I will definitely shop here again. I got the product I was looking for and a discount because the box was damaged.

Harvey in the lumber department went above and beyond to help me. I showed him the plans for a bedroom closet I am working on, and he suggested how I could cut down on the cost of the project (by buying a large 4’x8’ sheet of material, instead of precut shelving). He also kindly offered to make all the cuts for the project right there at the store, saving me from having to buy a circular saw that I might not ever need again! I was blown away by how friendly and helpful he was. Other employees generally were helpful too! Introduce yourself and learn their names and tell them what you are working on, and they will help you out! I had to come back the next day to make some more cuts, and Louis in lumber was equally helpful.

Return Policy, I purchased a generator on line because they did not have one in stock. I had issues with the generator from day of delivery. Home Depot said I had to go thru the manufacturer to resolve the issues. After almost 3 weeks the manufacturer told me to take the generator back to Home Depot. In doing so H-D would only give me store credit instead on applying the credit to my Home Depot card. So now I have to pay interest on the original purchase and use the store credit with a company I am not happy with. They also did not want to refund my purchased extended warranty. It took a while for them to see my side. Wasted time. Be careful buying on line with them. This is not the first time I have had issues with an on line purchase. But they carry a very limited stock in store on many items.

The store complies with the company's desire to be of good service to customers with its cleanliness maintained, items properly stacked on shelves and easy to locate. It has friendly and approachable staff.

This is my go to store, because it is so close to where I live. However, recently I was at the store and looking lost and one of the workers come and asked if I need help, I took the offer, the gentleman not only helped me find the item me but also helped me load the item. It was at this point that I realized that he was the store manager. He had dropped everything that he was doing to help me find the item and took the stuff to my car. With such great customer service I will never go to any other Homedepot store now!
