After an extensive search, both on-line and within multiple appliance stores, we found that this store was able to provide exactly what we were looking for. The key factor here though was that Home Depot had a staff member that actually took the time to assist us with the multiple questions that we had and the lengthy process of finding the units that satisfied our narrow requirements. Her professionalism was quite apparent and her personality made it a pleasure to deal with her. There is no doubt that she is a true asset to Home Depot.

It seems every time I go to ANY HD the employees are sectioning off an area that I need to get to. Or there is merchandise littering the aisles which makes it inconvenient to move carts around. This morning I was planning to purchase a couple hundred dollars of landscaping product - of course, during they were just closing off the areas I needed to get at. I left, and went to your major competitor. DO THAT TYPE OF WORK DURING OFF-HOURS!

Andrew and Jacob went above and beyond to help me load composite boards on a trailer, strap them down and make sure I could get home safely. I am grateful for their time and help!

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, and my items were scanned for me at the end of my shopping trip! In between those two fantastic examples of customer service I quickly found the exact items I was looking for ! What more can a customer ask for?

I found the brand refrigerator I was looking for, with the features I wanted, and on sale! Yay!

We found the products for our bath remodel at this Home Depot. There were complications during checkout due to the technology. A friendly, persistent employee worked with us for a long time to resolve the issue. It's worth shopping at Home Depot because of committed employees. This is rare in retail nowadays.

I was very happy with all the assistance I received by Jordan in the Kitchen appliance department at the Newark, Ohio Home Depot. She was both knowledgeable, patient, and friendly while I was making my decision. She helped me measure, etc. and went beyond the norm to assist me.

We frequently visit hardware stores for both personal projects and for work need. This location is always stocked and the staff is exceptional. This is my favorite hardware store out of any other store I frequent.

We were pleased with the store. Upon arrival we were greeted. The store was clean and organized and staff was helpful when we could t find the correct aisles. The woman at the self serve check out line was very helpful when we did not know how to enter our coupon…and she really wanted to help us with a genuine smile on her face. We will definitely be back.

I HAVE DEALT WITH HOME DEPOT HERE IN NEWARK, OHIO FOR MANY YEARS, AND OTHER THAN SOME OF THE PRODUCT LETTING ME DOWN AT TIMES, THIS STORE HAS BEEN THE BEST OF ANY STORE I HAVE EVER SHOPPED IN, HANDS DOWN. JUST BOUGHT A DOUBLE OVEN TODAY AND IT WILL BE HERE IN ABOUT A WEEK. A VERY PLEASANT SALESPERSON TOOK CARE OF ME.

The employees are always looking to help evertime I go to the store. They're almost as excited as I am.about the projects that I am working on.

On May 28th I ordered an entry door! That was a challenging experience and it has gone downhill ever since then. I cannot even get anyone to answer the darn phone I have to drive over to the store just to get someone to acknowledge my concerns
