I was very happy with the help I received in the faucet area. The man that helped me, was really the Store Greeter, who happen to be walking through the isle, when I asked if he could help me, he was very nice about helping. If it had not been for this employee, I would not have found what I needed.

Great staff who are always willing to help and always have a smile on their faces!

cashiers and employees are great , been shopping store since day one and no complaints, would not go anywhere else, no need to !

It never fails that every time I step into this store the employees are always super helpful. I didn't even have to ask for help to receive it!

I have consistently positive experiences with the Newark store. It is clean, with helpful Associates and quick checkout. A little bit better selection in paint would be helpful, as I am too impatient to order. Examples being; water based polyurethanes and oil based enamels.

I really enjoy going to the HD store and browse; although I almost always make purchases / I just help myself.

I spend a lot of time at this store due to having an older home that needs a lot of work. I am able to find all that I need with one stop. The staff at the store is always friendly and willing to take me to where I need to go to find the products that I need.

A VERY NICE YOUNG MAN HELPED ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED AND THEN ASK IF HE COULD HELP ME WITH ANY THING ELSE I MIGHT NEED. THERE WAS NOT A BIT OF URGENCY DISPLAYED BY ALIX.

The store is always spotless, and the employees get the customers out as quickly as possible. The staff is always knowledgeable and eager to help!

I come to Home Depot at least three times a month, so that indicates how much I rely on the store. The best thing about the associates is that they are there to help...not harass the customer. They let you know that they are there to help; and if needed, they bend over backwards to get you what you need. The cashiers are always in good spirits, especially the "life guards" at the self-service check-outs.

The store was well organized and it was generally easy to find what I was looking for. If I could not find the item, an associate usually could tell me where to look or actually guided me to the right area.

The store is a pleasant place to shop with pleasant associates.

This Home depot location was very clean, products offered were nicely situated for easy navigation. Home Depot was the only store that carried 32 x 32 shower bases in store, which made for zero wait times unlike online purchases. This comes handy when working a DIY project, and you need a specific item. Unlike Menard's, Home Depot Honors Military/Veteran Discount which was a mega plus in my book! Home Depot will see more of my business

The sales associates are always available and helpful. Check out is painless as the lines are short and move quickly. The cashiers are always pleasant.

We go to this store at least 5 times/month. It is a great place to buy the things we need for our home and our rentals. Employee friendliness is top-notch!

The store was clean and uncluttered. The associates were helpful and knowledgeable. I will visit here when I need another item they carry.

It is very easy to go get what I need. If I have any problems finding anything the associates are very helpful.

Fire department gives people tickets for parking in the loading zone. Apparently it is a fire lane. Store management seems not to care. Builders know fire department really hits this store hard on Mondays and Wednesday's. Watch out. Maybe hit lowes if you don't want a ticket with your shopping.

The BEST customer experience I have had in a while. Everyone was friendly and willing to assist. The associates made eye contact and spoke to you to make sure your experience was going well or if you needed any assistance. If they didn't have what you needed they recommend a solution or ordering it. They were knowledgeable and took the extra mile to explain things if you were fixing something up yourself rather than hiring a contractor. I will definitely return!

This home depot is amazing. From the moment walking into the store until checking out. Everytime we go here, the service is incredible. Every one is kind and the take the time to help out and provide great service. They make sure that you get what you need and provide you with great prices and sales. They take care of those serving in the military. They all seem to care about their job and care even more about the consumer. Great work and thank you for the great customer experience! Cannot wait to get started on more projects.

I did a remodeling job over the past 6-8 weeks. I made many trips to the Newark store. The associates there are very friendly. In fact, one time I was offered an apron! The help in paint are wonderful and easy to talk with. I made 2-3 trips a day and kind of miss going now that I am finished!

Purchased wrong size bracket, easy return, correct size in stock.
