It takes a while to get help, and is always under stocked and understaffed. I would go to the one on the blvd in Amherst before going to this one. It's always a chore to shop here.

THIS STORE HAS VERY HELPFUL ASSOCIATES AND CASHIERS. IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT PLACE TO SHOP .i FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED FOR MY FLOORING PROJECT.

Good experience with this store. Employees are knowledgable, friendly. Cashiers always polite and friendly.

Had a great experience. Walked in with my lamp. Immediately found “Russ” who got what I needed but to my surprise he repaired it for me right in store. I was in and out in 5 minutes. This type of customer service has become nonexistent. Glad I found it at my Home Depot.

I visit this location not too that often, but each time I ask myself where have I been, the store is greatly stocked and the sales people are both friendly and eager to assist you as you shop. That service isn't being offered to shoppers these days, thank you. I can't wait to see what the Christmas decorations look like. Yolanda

I love shopping at Home Depot. I usually go online and check out the product I am looking for and read the reviews. After I find what I want I look to see if it is available at the store so I am not wasting time or money. I usually have to ask which isle from an employee and get immediate directions from someone. The store is huge and I am disable and try to get in and out. I love the self checkout. There is always ample parking and buggies available. I do find some great sales when I enter the store lined up in aisle at entrance. I have bought things from almost every dept. in that store. The prices and quality are always so good and if something is to my dissatisfaction I receive an immediate refund without any hassel.

The gentleman who helped me in the plastic drain aisle and the cashier that I had were 2 people that Home Depot are very lucky to have working for them. Both were a great help and personable.

Home Depot Is located in the good section of the neighborhood.I would recommend this place to Canada shoppers who appreciate buying items from the USA..The products are easy to find and the shop Is In good standings.It Is clean and the products are neatly labeled.Some are for the rich to buy and other product you can pay less.The quality of the products are compared to places ranked number one In our rural places. I was able to receive quick friendly assistance with the employees I met that very day.The workers were helpful and quiet when I knew they were Internationally known as sales associates and there to help.

I have always found what I wanted at this store. They are the best place to go when you need something you are planning to work on or help with what you are working on. I can always find what I need. Thank you for all your help when I need it and for all your good products. I have recommended you store to all my relatives and they usually find what you have either on sale or the best price.

Associates were very helpful in finding the plants I wanted and gave me tips on caring for them. I'm glad they took the time even though it was very busy on the day I was there.

Awesome store and associates...

Was short on parts for a sander repair. Found out that the replacement part was almost as expensive as buying a new sander which is what I did much to my chagrin. I thought the cost of the replacement was ridiculous and felt "suckered" in by having to buy a new sander.

If your going to go in the day time go to Al P in plumbing great guy a little tempermental but has a great heart also Dwayne L in hardware or Don R in Millworks those are during the day If you go at night look for a guy in the garden/electrical area named john C good guy if he doesn't know were what you need is he will find someone who will know also Rich in electrical knows a lot about everything good guy or Tom in flooring these are all good guys who actually care to help you!!!!!

Store usually has what I am looking for, but the customer service you get in certain departments varies, if you can even find somebody to help. When I do, I've gotten associates who seem to go above and beyond to help me, which I always appreciate, but I often get an associate who appears miserable and seems reluctant to want to help. This attitude is probably part of Home Depot's reluctance to have more staff working at any particular time.
