Friendly and exceptional service

The employees of the Nogales Store, most of them do not understand what is the meaning of "CUSTOMER SERVICE"

It is the only store here in Nogales, but I do visit the store alot from cleaning supplies to flowers and I find alot of plants

We find the Nogales, AZ Home Depot most helpful in our home maintenance, garden department and paint departments especially helpful, and knowledgeable and equipped with the right products to fit our needs! We actually enjoy shopping there!

Overall the store was great, what satisfied me the most was the Customer Service help I got, one of them was Antonio which he helped get me the all the supplies I needed and the other was Lorena at the checkout stand who was really nice and friendly making sure I got everything I needed. Awesome Store

Very unprofessional employees it is such a disappointment to know THe Home Depot has these type of people running their store. No one was ever helpful!

The Nogales Home Depot demonstrates superior management and personnel. My family does all its home supply shopping here, from lumber and light fixtures to appliances and toilet paper. We are working on a fixer-upper and rely on Home Depot for everything.

Impossible to find a competent individual in the entire store (other that the manager) who actually know what aisle they work in and have knowledge of that particular specialty. They all seem like wondering zombies who just circulate around the store then seem startled if you actually ask them for any type of help, only to radio for someone who knows even less! It would also be nice if the associate addressing you might speak to you in YOUR language of preference instead of assuming the entire population speaks SPANISH! You also now have to social distance from animals as well as humans at the same time! Great going Home Depot way to keep us safe!

My experience with Martha in appliances was wonderful. She was pleasant, personable, professional & knowledgeable. Now, & in the future, I only want to deal with Martha as a salesperson. My experience with Eloy was a great experience. He was pleasant, professional, efficient & went out of his way to satisfy. The store was clean. Had to ask 3 times to get help in aisle 1, lights. No help in gardening. Fantastic shopping experience, only if there was more help.

The sales staff and cashier were very courteous and knowledgeable about the items that i needed to conduct my home improvements.

The store is good on its own, but if you have the opportunity to go to the workshops (adults or the one for kids) do it! They’re great! Nora in the DIH workshops is great, and my little one loves the kids workshop

Girlnat yhe customer service desk is extremely rude and unwilling ti help. Doesnt speak english.

Some personal seems to be "lost" meaning after come with some specific questions, personal respond with a smoke of curtain instead an open "I don't know, But, let me found for you".

Overall This is my goto place for the quick fix on the house or my DIY's. It's close, sometimes I get great ideas from the associates and if I can't find what I am looking for I just ask, someone is always willing to help find it on the floor or online for me. The store is clean and safe. One stroll to the front and you can get any help you need if an associate is hard to find due to traffic.

Store was neat and clean, all associates helping all customers

This was the best HD shopping experience I've had since moving here from Phoenix, where I loved shopping at Home Depot. Unfortunately, the Sierra Vista HD leaves a lot to be desired. Rather than deal with them to buy the first $3000 worth of flooring, I decided to drive an hour to the next closest HD. Happily I discovered that the Nogales employees are helpful, friendly, know their departments... and best of all, don't treat customers like they are an annoyance. Are you listening Sierra Vista?? I will continue to make all my big purchases from the store that knows how to treat their customers. It's worth the drive!

The employees there are always courteous and friendly and answer questions as well as take you to the aisle you need! Also, most of the staff is bilingual, which I greatly admire.

This is the Home Depot you want to go to. I have resided in many States throughout my lifetime. The staff is super knowledgeable and they are the most courteous people I have ever encountered!! Plus, this Home Depot is meticulously clean.
