During my purchase, I had a wonderful experience with Gabby@ Service Desk & Melanie Denney Flooring specialist. They were very helpful and friendly, able to provide multi-task without frustration. The store was extremely cold, but they were working very hard to help the customers.

I was surprised and very pleased at the speed and efficiency of the Employee who assisted me and the minimum information she needed to complete the transaction so I could return to the job She spoke fluent English and was well versed in the return policies of your company If I needed another employee, I would have offered her a job Thanks for hiring her

Needed to get assistance from a store associate. Several passed right by us but did not ask if we needed help and, when asked, stated they could not help as they were otherwise occupied. Went looking for assistance (in the lighting area) and was approached by a vendor who said he could not help but wanted to know if we wanted to sign up to have our kitchen cabinets evaluated for potential improvement. Really?! LoL! When I advised no he left with no offer to help find an associate who could assist us. Horrible customer service. We left the store without making a purchase because we could not get the help needed to find what we were looking for. I would not return to this store as there is no concern for their customers.

It's a cool store close to where I live! I like shopping there because it seems to have everything I need! I had to order my flywheel key online...and waited like a week and half for such a tiny little piece, but I like the store. It's nice and clean!

Staff is very helpful and awesome!!! They even told me about competitors for items they didn't carry.

I was immediately asked if I could be helped and I needed it. The associate knew where to find what I was looking for . The person checking was helpful and fast. The store was very crowded and yet she remained cheerful as she spoke with me about my planting project!

Was with son-in-law, who needed just a couple of things. I grabbed a bucket while I was waiting and self-checked-out. Associate came over to help and we had a friendly chat about sons-in-law. (No one else was in self-check.) Just goes to show that, if you are in picking up a list of items or popping in to hurry back out, service and quality at the Depot are FABULOUS.

Tony in the plumbing department went out of his way to help me find the parts i needed for my home project and made sure i had everything i needed before i left the store.

I purchase lots of building materials every year. To help ny business I do shop for the best deal possiable and usually it's The Home Depot that wins. I reside about 100 miles from my closes Home Depot store but I was in Denver on other business so I Stopped by the store to price cupboards for a rental property. The staff was helpful when it came to knowledge of measurements of standard kitchen appliances. My plan was to shop some competing box stores and drive back later in the week to make my purchase. After having a conversation with Rose, a manager in cupboards, I decided to purchase the product in two days when it would be on sale for 20% off. When Rose saw that I had to travel 100 miles to get the product she suggested I make the purchase while I was there and call in two days to back out the order and recharge it to save the 20%. I did so and everything went smooth and saved me travel time and money.

No floor associate available and the one at customer service did not provide the same high caliber assistance normally available

This location was the only location that sold the measurements I needed to replace my cabinet/sink in the bathroom. I was surprised and happy we finally found the right size and the price was impressive as well. It made the trip worth it.

Store Associates are always helpful! There have been several occasions where they have gone far above and beyond expectations! Usually have a great selection of products. My number one go to store for any Home Improvement project inside or out.

The Lady at the Pro Desk was a true pro!! she had me out in about 3 minutes and they even loaded my truck!! Great experience!!

Great store that goes "above and beyond". I forgot a file folder there tonight and they called me on my mobile phone before I got too far so I was able to return and pick it up. Great job!
