I went into the store with some print outs of products from the website. I was lost and confused and simply overwhelmed by the size and amount of items in the store. I'm a secretary, not a contractor or anything of that nature. Fortunately, a young man offered his assistance. I showed him my print outs and he walked me item to item. He helped me compare some items I had questions about, and even helped guide me to check out. After checking out, he completed the sale by loading my car. It was so nice not to be handed off from associate to associate and to have someone help me the entire time. I expected the trip to be an hour and a half, and with his help it was just 20 minutes and I accomplished everything on my list (and a few extras for myself). Luckily, everything I needed to purchase was available at that store. I will feel much more comfortable shopping there in the future, and will recommend it to all of my friends.

I recently went to the store shopping for ceiling fans and electrical supplies. I was assisted by Mr. Robert in the Electrical Department. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me several options to resolve my issues. I really appreciated his attention to my needs.

Simply put...They have the worst associates and customer care cashiers that I have ever seen...It took over 2 hours to get a transaction half-way done!!!

I submitted a very favorable review due to exceptional service by a store employee, but it was coded to the wrong store. The store i went to was the one at 1100 S. Claiborne Ave, New Orleans; not the store in Baton rouge.

Not as much selection as the Coursey blvd store but much more helpful.

The store is always clean and I have always been greeted when entering . Walked up to paint counter and associate was there ready to help . All products were availably and bought extra with the help of the paint associate.
