Joe was a great help, not only was he kind, he was very personable!

Joe from the lumber department helped my girlfriend and I get the planks we needed as well as cut them to size. He was super nice and gave great advice. He is one of the coolest people who will ever grace this universe.

The customer service is proper especially the pro desk during the week . They are friendly , smart, and knowledgeable

You have a cashier named Susan. When I see her I immediately get in her line. Receipt says: 2673 00007 43880. Susan is a Great Example of a great cashier. Always upbeat. It’s a shame not to find more employees as her. I’ve been at self-checkout only if I have to. Most times you’ll find 4-5 associates gabbing with each other as if it’s handout time. Susan needs to be honored for the cashier she is.

Ordered Custom Roman shades. Nyasia was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely come to Home Depot before any other store for my needs.

Every time I come into Regis location I mainly get Aubrey as a cashier. She is very rude. Does not greet me or thank me for shopping or even ask if I found everything okay. Honestly think she needs a different job because doing customer service for her is shown to be a weak quality of hers. Shouldn’t be working with the public if you cannot provide excellent customer service.

I get that series need more workers and sometimes things get lacked due to not many workers but there were two employees in the back of the garden center that were talking for probably 15 min doing absolutely nothing while there were tons of hanging plants begging for water. They looked awful. Is all they needed was water I bought 3 and watered them at home and now they look amazing. Some of them looked beyond repair and worse, YOU'RE CHARGING FULL PRICE!!!! Such a joke. Do better Home Depot.

I needed paint for a revovation of my 3 season room. I knew about the colors I wanted. That was easy. What I did not know is that there are different types of paints for different types of wall finishes. What a great experience and the paint chosen by the associate for me is just perfect!!!

I'm so happy I come to home depot to get my tools.

I was helped with every question I had, from at least 4 employees. I gave the cashier, Collin an extra $100 by accident and he gave it right back. Unfortunately you can't always expect that now a days.

When using my Tax Exempt card today it failed with no reason. The cashier told me to see customer service. Sarah was the absolute BEST! She tried a few things including password resets and when that didn't help called the Tax Dept. While I sorted through my email to find my Tax Certificate she explained the problem. A quick email with the correct form and Sarah cashed me out with a working Tax # while the Tax Department was still on the line. It took about an hour to sort out but she hung in there on hold with the Tax Department while they figured stuff out. Sarah, Thank you for all that you do. This store is always well stocked . And if you are having trouble locating something, the associates are always willing to help.

I hate when I go to a store and then have to go to another store because the first store only had SOME of the I needed and have to go to the competitor for the remainder of the items I need. It may be time to start ordering everything online and let the local stores fend for themselves.

I have a truck and my wife has a Volvo. We are retired, and have been disciplined in how we did business during this COVID situation. We have a well and need softener salt from time to time. 40 LB bags are cumbersome, and multiple bags a given. We were impressed with the efficiency of the curbside service, and always were assisted unloading.

The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Yesterday a tall, white, male HD employee who wears glasses went out of his way to help me find the correct replacement parts for my B&D weed wacker. He literally got down on his hands and knees to find these parts. His approach and effort and skills exceeded my expectations. Thank you! Please keep up the great work. Thank you, Matt Paknis

Excellent Store. Love it.

The cashier Patty was so wonderful and helpful. She saved me half of the cost on the wood for my project. I showed her the project I wanted to make and she advised me I had purchased a much more expensive wood than I needed. She took us to the proper isle, showed us what we needed, then refunded our original purchase and saved me 50%! We were so grateful for her help. We were so glad she was working today. She was terrific!

Went beyond what I expected!! Best in area by far!!!
