Always clean and well stocked.

I have had excellent and knowledgeable information from Dewayne in plumbing, a pleasant conversation with the manager Brain, and a joyful interaction with Kim the cashier.

Plenty of easy parking, fast in, merchandise easy to find, fast, easy self-checkout. Friendliest employees in any store visited.

Just received my new appliances from Home Depot in North Fayette, They are amazing. The from the style of the appliance to the delivery teams and the Salesman Brian. What a wonderful experience.

Justin and Rachel in the flooring department were awesome. I was buying a floor to install at my home and I was at 4 stores already and I tld Justin I was not leaving the store w/out a floor. he was so helpful, kind, patient and explained things to me and how to install it. Rachel also helped me when the floor I wanted was out of stock but there was another one that was on sale and i only needed 8 boxes and i bought all 10 boxes cuz of the service i got from the both of them. Awesome customer service and they are both awesome at their job. thank you Dara Marie Finney

I had a wonderful experience at the North Fayette Store. I went into purchase a wine/beverage refrigerator. Jason and Jen Sales associates helped me and were extremely helpful. Jason and Jen were both knowledgeable and efficient. I had a lot of anxiety going in but completely calm relaxed and very happy and satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be back for all my other appliances very soon. Thank you again Jason, Jen and Joe at check out.

The store has a great selection and also, for those who don't know, their holiday assortment is better than some of the regular department stores. Especially the Halloween wares. Wonderful variety.

Mary Ellen in the paint department was a rockstar! She offered assistance, answered all our questions, shared expert advice, empathized with our challenges, and explained many options and features we didn't know about (and would not have discovered if she hadn't brought them to our attention). She helped us from start to finish and was so kind and professional. We were lucky to meet her!

On my previous survey. I DID NOT HAVE THE SPACE TO FINISH MY COMPLAINT. As I had said the young man EVAN tried to find the item that I was purchasing & couldn't find it He tried and tried for quite some time. because it was the only item in the bin & it had a bad barcode. So he dubbed something in that was not the right item and then he discounted the item. NOW YOUR INVENTORY IS WRONG ON 2 ITEMS. He was under pressure because there were no checkout people in the regular checkouts and every one had to go down to the lumber checkout which was very busy at this time. THAT IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I WORKED BEHIND THE COUNTER FOR 26 YEARS. SO I AM UNDERSTANDING. I do not even know if I was charged the correct price. ? ?

Both quality of product and excellence of service from John @ Lumber. The folks there are ALWAYS super-helpful and competent. Just a great place to do business and thanks for giving military discounts.

While buying our Anderson windows, Chuck in the window department was a huge help to my fiancé and I, he was patient with us and very knowledgeable while helping us decide which windows to buy and also made the process fun! Extremely helpful!!

I entered the store with so many worries and concerns. Could I find what I was looking for? Would the dryer fit between the wall and doorway? I dislike the white appliances since I had almond colored everything. Leah just took all those concerns and one by one she solved all problems. She worked closely with her manager, Brian, to make sure everything turned out more than satisfactorily. I loved my experience! They were so helpful that by the time I left, I felt as if I made great new friends and was looking around to see what other things I could be back to buy soon. All employees were extremely courteous and the customer service I received was superb. It's a rarity to find these days, and I have no doubt that this is what makes Home Depot in Robinson Township-Fayetteville, so special! Thank you, Kind Ones!
