When checking out Tina was so cheerful that she made the shopping trip a pleasure. She obviously loves people and her job.

We were in the market for a new lawn mower. We went on line at Home Depot.com to see what was available, and the cost. I had a lawn boy mower previously, and was kind of set on buying a newer model, with a electric start function. I was having a little trouble with my old lawn boy with pulling the cord to start, because of some senior aches and pains. When we arrived at my Home Depot store, there was a reserved parking spot right by the store entrance for active Military members, Or retired Military members, which I am one. After looking over the mower selection, we decided to purchase a new Lawn Boy mower with electric start. We even got a 10% military savings at check out, which I really appreciated. So all I could say is keep up the good work, and thank you for remembering the Veterans. I will be shopping at this store in the near future, for all of my home needs, and I recommend Home Depot to all Military, active, And retired.

The employees are what make the store - helpful and friendly.

The needed items were available in stock and on sale.

The associate was very helpful and willing to assist my husband and I while in the lawn and garden area. They had the sale item in stock and even offered help during the rain to help us load our truck.

Although I had searched for an item I thought I would find..no luck...but as soon as I requested help, they knew right where it was and showed me some options, the associate was very helpful and the check out was easy. I do not like self check out but there was someone to help who was very pleasant!

Store was well stocked and had plenty of associates on hand to assist customers, which is very unusual these days. They provided friendly service and were prompt in getting what was needed.

when to the garden center - good prices & veriety of plants & every thing needed for outdoors

All associates are ALWAYS available to help you find an item and to explain the difference between the two items you are searching for. i.e. paint, which one should I use on my deck, porch, etc. Even if the associate can't help they find someone more qualified to help, in every dept. Cashiers are extremely helpful.

Building a work bench I needed several pieces of wood cut for this project. What Dave cut for me saved me a hours worth of work.. All the pieces were acuratly cut and fit together perfectly. I want to mention how helpful and knowledgeable Dave was at the Home Depot in North Fayette.

Came in to price out a comode and all the fixins and found that the normal price was already $100.00 below what we had to get compared to the other place down the road (LOWE'S). Needed a few little items to complete the trip, and were able to find them all here.

So much customer service. Always an employee asking if you need help, very nice store. Love it!!

We purchased gardening items and went back after a few days to pick up more supplies and the store was out of stock of a certain item. The associate was friendly but couldn't tell us when or if the item we needed would be back in stock.

I prefer this Home Depot because of the product availability and the location.

Had a bad leak at home needed a specific item, as I was looking for it the plumbing associate arrived. He showed me where the part was and answered my concerns. I went home the part took me 5 minutes to install no issues great feeling. Thanks

Store was clean a feww displays made the aisles interesting. But when we needed something and could not find it or had a question on use of a product the staff was there quickly and had the answers we needed.

I was looking for a certain stain for my deck. Prior to coming to this particular Home Depot, I had tried a different Home Depot farther away from where I live. I was told that my stain was out of stock. When I came to the Robinson Township HD, I was told by once of the associates in the Paint isle that the stains had to be mixed and that she could easily do it. She then told me that certain colors of the stain are pre-made, but most of the others need to be mixed. Since this was my first experience with staining, I was very pleased with all the information that the associate provided. I was actually thinking of going to Lowes because I thought that these stains were on back-order, but this kind associate really helped me out. I wish I knew her name because I think she deserves some recognition. She is the type of associate that keeps a customer like me loyal to the HD.

Associate in Lawn & Garden knew exactly what type of plants I was looking for. She was very helpful and friendly.

I purchased an overpriced Straw Bale for a total of $9.61, and the straw quality was poor.

As with all other stores, there is too much stuff in the aisles. Even with channeling to make you look at specific items, you should be able to have 2 carts pass each other

Everyone in the paint Department are always so helpful and make great recommendations. I come to this store at least once a week to buy items that I need for my home projects.

I found the associates very knowledgeable and accessible on my visit. Makes it well worth the drive of 20 miles as compared to shopping the Lowes store in Wintersville, I find the Spring Black Friday Sale a great attraciton.
