Mark was EXCELLENT and EXTREMELY helpful!!! Made our visit perfect!

My husband and I moved to Fontana almost six years ago, Home Depot is the store we go for everything we need for our home, and have never had a problem.

This HomeDepot location is no different than any other Home Depot location. There are not many people around to help when needed and when an associate is found, their brains are suddenly sent off to the middle of the Milky Way and they have no idea of where to find anything or can help in the store. Usually, I do a mass amount of research before entering Home Depot so that I know exactly what is needed and what is not needed as well as the possible aisle where the item is located. The aforementioned details and lighting is what definitely separates Lowes from HomeDepot stores. I would rather go to Lowes if I need help deciding on a product. I shop and Home Depot because of the lower prices. I wish Home Depot WAS the complete package. Their customer service experience is what brings negative reviews. If Home Depot was to fix the customer experience in their stores, they would easily out sell Lowes and their fancy pricing for similar items.

Everyone was polite and helpful. Would recommend this store for any type of project. Mark was able to assist me in finding everything I needed plus he put my project together..cutting wire, screwing the wire to the divider (divider for a bird cage). I would have been lost without his help....Thank You Home Depot and Mark Edgington!

It is so easy to get in get what you need and get out quickly. Associates are helpful and friendly. Would recommend contractors and home owners to go to this store.

I was so happy leaving your store today and having the help of Stacy, Mark, and Dena for putting my Makeup Chair back together. I didn't have to tools at home to do it or the washers and bolts. I have to work tomorrow and having my chair available is an important tool for me to be able to work. They put my chair back together and we're just so nice and I could see they love working at Homedepot. I was greeted when I walked in by Nelson and he also assured me that Stacy would be right in to help me. You have a great team and I will be returning again to your store especially.

I really like to shop at Home Depot, special in this store. Everybody makes me feel like home...

We visit the Home Depot a couple of times a month. We noticed that it's almost impossible to find assistance and if we can track someone down , they send us somewhere else ( because " it's not their department" ). Instead of calling someone that does work in that particular department , they walk away. It's even harder to find assistance to help loading heavy or bulky items in the back of the truck. Very disappointing ! If the store was busy during these times , I could live with that but when there's nothing going on in the whole store , there's no excuse !!

The gardening department is what got me hooked on Home Depot. When this area - often overlooked in other chains - is good, I tend to have even more confidence in the other sectors of the store.

STORE WAS BRIGHT AND CLEAN, ITEMS WERE EASY TO FIND, EMPLOYEE WAS VERY HELP AND KNOWLEDGEABLE

We are remodeling our kitchen and all of the original appliances that we purchased did not workout. The associates that helped us initiate the return did not question or hassle us at all about why we were exchanging all of the appliances. She directed us to the appliance department so that the sale associate can help start the sale of our new appliances. She was absolutely helpful!!!!! she was so patient and knowledgeable!!! really made the process of our exchange so easy and stress free!!!

my biggest issue is finding items, like a lamp socket dimmer, available online only, does it really exist and do I want to get Target-ized? I also wanted a tool for copper-pipe brass compression ring removal, but the one that is available DOES NOT work. The "compression ring" is also called an "olive of furls". The tool you offer does not securely grip sufficiently because it is constructed cheaply, plus it requires too much space to operate. a pedestal sink typically has only 4 inches clearance to work with.

My Wife and I came to the store during lunch time, only to find the sales associate gone to lunch. We were able to locate "SUE" who was busy putting go backs away. Asking her for assistance was a dream come true. Rather than putting us off, she dropped what she was doing to answer our questions. Having a great experience with her caused me to purchase a new stove rather than putting it off till later. My advice to all, Look for "SUE" and see what she can do, to help you.

I always feel good when I step in this store. The staff are on point. Help is always there. When I leave I feel like my list at HD is DONE.. Special note to paint section. Thank you for what you do. Simply the best!

Always happy with finding the things we need and always great quality, can't remember ever having to return a product due to quality. Store always clean and comfortable esp in summer when really hot outside

Checkout was a breeze! Raquel the cashier who helped me has a great spirit and really friendly! I've been to other Home Depots and it usually takes a while to checkout but with her it was fast and efficient! It really just finished off my day on a great note! Mr Gabriel Vasquez was very helpful and nice. I visited the Fontana store 3 times . Gabriel helped me 1st time with the 3 toilet bowls and several faucet and bathroom fixtures. Gabriel also helped me with my Home Depot credit card application . It was time for him to go for lunch but he stayed until we were done with all our transactions. 2nd visit, it was a white guy. He was very impatient and seems very irritated I asked him. 3rd visit, it was Gabriel again who helped me and once again, he was very nice and helpful. You are lucky to have an employee like him. He is truly a great asset to your store. Let me reiterate, I am not Hispanic but a Filipino. I completed this survey to acknowledge him. It's hard to find good employees nowadays. Thanks Gabriel.

I have 3 home depots all about the same distance. I have tried all and continue to return to the North Fontana Home Depot. The employees are always available,willing to help and very knowledgeable avoiding return trips :-). During this visit I was looking for blinds and Elias was very helpful cut them to size and showed me a video that I can use to adjust the length. He also spent significant amount of time explaining carpeting options and scheduled a measurement. Once we complete the measurement I will be returning to the store and specifically to work with Elias to complete the transaction.

Found everything I needed right away . Employees very helpful

Rented a paint gun and was assisted by James. James was extremely helpful and showed us the different kinds of paint guns. We came acroos some issues at home with the rental and James tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone. We ended up bringing the rental back, and James fixed it and showed us what to do if it happened again. Thank James!!!
