I had an ongoing problem with attempts to complete/receive a large order online. I needed some of my items immediately, so came to my nearby store to speak with a customer service person. She (Jenn) was extremely helpful and pleasant in addressing my questions and concerns. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 IN ADDITION, there were a few times during my in-store visit that various employees asked if they could assist. AMAZING! That has NEVER been my experience at “other” large home improvement chain stores! THANK YOU! 🤩

Disappointed that your employees are not on time was told electrical department person is not there until 7:00 am it was 4 minutes after so they are LATE! Need to hold them accountable & be on time & ready to work should be there earlier contractors and builders start early especially in the summer time it get's hot.

Whenever I need help locating something in the store, I ask a passing employee and I am always happy that they stop what they're doing and take me to the correct aisle.

I purchased a lawn mower today and the manager, Tim Baker, helped me complete the order online and honored a 10% off the item! Great customer service!

I came in with something I needed to return yesterday. My wallet was stolen recently on a trip and I didn’t have the receipt or card it was purchased on. I knew it would be a VERY long shot but Jeff went above and beyond to help me out. He was friendly, talkative, and incredibly helpful. He didn’t give up when I couldn’t provide all the needed items for the return, but instead called over Tim Baker who was also amazing. The two of them made what could have a very annoying experience actually fun. I mean, how fun is returning something you think is just a lost cause? They made it fun though. I will forever be a Home Depot customer at the Fort Collins location near old town. I’ve never had a better experience. Give those guys a raise ! They go above and beyond.

The manager Baker refused to honor the sales price displayed on the patio furniture, even after admitting it was incorrectly marked.

The employees at this particular Home Depot are ALWAYS so helpful. Specifically…. Blake, Tammie, and Kelly (was in kitchen upgrades) are consistently the ones that come to mind.

The pro desk ladies are the best here. This is the only Home Depot i will use in this town.

Trying to revive my gas grill. I was guided with care and happiness. I was given a solution so that my travels home (on foot) was within my ability. That's awesome! 1544 is the best Home Depot in Colorado! My fiancé works for Home Depot distribution and this is our favorite location to shop in-store

William did a great job at the front desk today. Even tho he had no authority to apply discounts for some reason, he had to call the manager back three different times to get me checked out properly... Poor guy. Give him access to do his job!...lolol He did a great job, even tho he probably felt like.."'why am I here?'"

I went to go buy a tool for my work angle grinder. I wanted a good one I got a good one and because they helped me so much I paid about half what it would normally be because they showed me where it was on sale recommend if you need something go to the depot Home Depot

The staff consistently never clean the self checkout stations or hand scanners. They funnel lines of customers to the self checkout stations but they won't wipe the stations down or clean the hand scanner guns. Customer after customer checking out during a pandemic and there are the team members standing there directing traffic but never lifting a finger to clean. Mention something to them and they don't care and still won't clean the stations.
