Lynn Dunne in the flooring department spent several hours with us on a very big order taking the time to look up everything and make sure we were ordering everything we needed. She helped us with a situation with a Home Depot credit card and we were able to rectify that problem, and she called me afterwards to make sure we got everything we ordered. Awesome customer service! She was very knowledgeable on most things, and asked others if she wasn’t sure We had a great experience and will definitely go see her next time we shop at Home Depot in N Hampton!

Ordering doors and windows from Pat Mitchell was a pleasurable experience. Pat is very knowledgeable about all of the products. Also, offering suggestions and incite between different venders was extremely helpful. She is the best!

I was doing over my lower level to make the former mismatched tiles all look consistent. After picking out an in/ stock tile, I worked with Renee in the flooring department and she organized the measure and install. I was very pleased with the process all the way through. She tag- teamed with her colleague David to ensure seamless communication and the job was executed perfectly. The installer they use (ACS) also communicated well.

Craig in the plumbing department was very thorough in helping me when I came looking for a hard-to-find part. Although HD does carry that part, Craig spent time brainstorming alternatives for me.

I went to HD North Hampton, NH to purchase some wooden dowels for a project I'm doing to decorate family graves for the holiday season. It was a small purchase, but the salesperson (Chris) was EXCEPTIONAL in every way! He could not have made my trip to HD any easier/quicker. He even offered to cut the dowels to size before I had a chance to ask! I left the store feeling like a valued customer.
