I had a pleasant shopping experience. The sales associate was knowledgeable of the appliances she was selling. and also informed me of promotions which saved me money.

I have found the associates are really helpful at this store. They take the time to help find what it is that I need.

I have been so pleased with this store. Store associates are readily available, friendly and knowledgable, the lay out of the store makes it easy to find things and the aisles are usually clear and clean. My past two visits have been especially pleasant with super cashiers.

Fantastic trip to Home Depot. Found what I was looking for with a little help from a very nice guy. Didn't have to hunt for him, he asked me if I needed help. I found exactly what I was looking for and the icing on the cake was my fantastic cashier Jennifer. What a nice person.

I always shop at either of the stores in Lafayette. I find the employees are very friendly and helpful. The stores are always clean and well lit. I prefer the store layout over the other stores in the area; it just makes sense to me, the flow is natural.

I went to a get weed eater today at this store....

Before going to Home Depot I went to Wal-Mart looking for a 'use-anywhere' gift card. Now Wal-Mart is a store that you would definitely think would have tons gift cards but I got there only to find Applebee's and Xbox gift cards. So I stopped at Home Depot, settling to get a Home Depot gift card, and to my surprise found a large array of gift cards including several 'use-anywhere' gift cards. I'm impressed, Home Depot.

Have no problem finding what ever I need when I visit could stay in the store all day.

I asked 2 different employees for help with a weedeater and got none. This is not the first time we recently went to buy a washer and dryer and waited mor than 45 mins for assistance asked 3 employees for help one looked to be a store manager and got no help then either. Purchased washer and dryer elsewhere. Believe me if I could have found this weedeater nearby I would not have bought it here. Your customer service is horrible.

The associate explained exactly how to accomplish my project. Great products with knowledgable assistance, they really cared about my project and the quality of materials we used for our home! Looking far word to our next project wiith the good folks at home depot!

The Reps were friendly and willing to spend all the time necessary to assist me during my purchase.

Wilma in Paint is the associate who helped me and she did a fantastic job; I was very impressed. She helped me go right to what I needed, pulled it, mixed colors, helped others as well with their needs (and still remembered everything!) etc etc. and overall was basically a real professional. She knew what she was talking about, asked me the right questions, and helped me when I called her a week later with further questions and during a return visit. I felt much more confident coming out of there than I did going in because of her easy confidence. A good floor person who knows what they are doing and is friendly and helpful without being condescending is hard to find; from this customers perspective, Wilma is a keeper. During my first visit, Margaret spoke with me as well and was also pleasant and helpful.

I visit this store for most of my personal needs. I find it very clean and well stocked. But the best part about this store is the friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge of the associates.

After being depressed that my home had been broken into I needed assistance to purchase a new door. Donald Harvey provided the excellent customer service that I needed. I did not have a lot of money; the door that I needed came pre-hung. Donald advised that I did not need to spend the extra money for the frame since I did not need it. This was a life saver! Donald took the time to carefully review all the many options that were available to me in the designing of my custom ordered door. In the end, I have a door that fits ALL of my needs at a reduced price. Donald is a model customer service representative!

Easy to find products, large variety of items and brand names, helpful and knowledgeable associates. DIY Friendly.

Bad attitude and nasty customer service by cashier on duty. This cashier did not acknowledge her customers and when approached, treated me like I was supposed to be servicing her. This cashier went as far as rolling her eyes, bobbing her head and pointing her finger, with no fear of punishment by management. In fact, I asked her for the manager once and she pointed the manager out several times as if to tell me nothing was going to happen to her anyway. She continued her attitude, pointing and bobbing in front of the manager on duty. What I saw was a lack of appreciation for customers. This employee needs serious customer service training. With my years and experience in government service and Human Resources Management, if I were her manager, I would have fired her on the spot. I am a firm believer that if you work in customer service, do not bring your personal issues at work. If you cannot appreciate and service the customers in a friendly manner, then do not come to work that day. If you hate your job, change it. Nonetheless, treat people the same way you would expect to be treated if they were servicing you, and do not let appearances fool you, give all customers the same service and respect.
