I have bought a lot of beautiful plants this summer. I have several pictures and have brought some inside to overwinter.

I have wanted the 12 foot skeleton for years!!!! Went in this morning and BAM they came in last night. I asked Jacob and Alisha in garden when these would be for sale and they said if you want one now you can have it! They got one down for me and even helped me load it in my car. They truly made this halloween freaks day! They were so helpful and just amazing. Thank you so much! I'm always shopping this Home Depot and will continue to do so!!

I purchased a washing machine that person that supposedly help me had no answers to my questions

Easy and friendly. Has everything that I need

There are none of the people to check you out. The lines for so long that you have to wait twenty to thirty minutes just get checked out In the garden center. But at least sthey have people there to check you out. In the store there are no employees to check you out, only to help you get yourself checked out.

Best Garden in North Lincoln. Love this place and most everything in it. Employees love their job makes the store appealing to shop at.

We bought a GE refrigerator from Home Depot in Grand Island. We bought generic water filters for it. Little did we know that if you don’t use the GE filter, your water supply doesn’t work. We called Grand iIsland Home Depot to see if they had the filter, they did but wouldn’t ship it to us because we’re out of their shipping area. We have to drive an hour and a half to Lincoln to pick I it up.

Everyone is always pleasant and willing to help.

We purchased a door to have it installed by Home Depot's intaller, Jim. I received a call from Jim and then a text showing the door had a small inperfection. Jim gave us the option to have it installed or he would reorder and set up another install date. After consulting with my wife we decided to reorder. We would have never noticed the small inperfection most likely, but that is the quaility of work that Jim does. A few weeks later he came out and installed our two doors, removing some wrotted wood and replacing(which he could have just placed the door over and we would have never known). I have did most of my fixer up type work on our home. I will never install another door as it is a struggle and their is usually something not perfect. The jams, knob and deadbolt, trim work he replaced, down to the chalk as a 10 out of 10. I will explore other home depot purchases with installers in hopes that they do this good of work. Thanks home depot and Jim!

I needed a lot of paint plus I needed to order something sent to the North store. All went smoothly. People were very helpful & friendly

Staff members are always welcome to help with moving materials purchased. Home Depot has many, many products - staff members halp with loading these items which sometimes requires "engineering" the space needed. Of note they are creative in securing purchases and very good with transport safety! Kudins to Home Depot !

I purchased a special custom colored stain, which was mixed in the wrong base tint. When I returned to Home Depot and explained the situation I had NO problem getting a new gallon mixed in the correct base tint. Everyone was very pleasant and my transaction was painless. Thank you Customer Service and Representatives

I do not meet unpolite people in this Lincoln Homedepot #3209, but the lack of knowledge is staggering. Simple questions about products, whether it is about tools, lumber, electrical, or paint are always answered by a Google search. I can do that myself... If you sell a product your employees should have training and knowledge about it!!

Store temperature VERY warm causing us to sweat while shopping. Staff that assisted us offered a small fan to cool us while doing paperwork for our appliance purchase

I was moving my daughter to Nebraska from Montana, and we needed to get her house outfitted with window treatments, and kitchen gear, and tools for the yard. Home Depot took care of us, and helped us find what we needed, treating us like we had lived there all our lives. thanks Home Depot!

I bought 32, 80# bags of concrete, I was told three times help was on the way to help load them. I'm 68 years old and not as spry as I used to be, NO ONE showed up to help, thank God a young man on his way out stopped and helped. No one from the store ever came out!

Charlotte is an amazing cashier who really makes you feel like she is actually interested in what you are working on compared to other cashiers who don't talk to you or are rude.

I love Home Depot because they have so much to offer in available products, tools and home decor of every category. The best tools brands and choices, the best kitchen appliances, the largest and best garden center, the best choices and selections of many household items. And who can't love their "Black Friday" specials. It's it one of the first places I go to pursue the needs of being a .... I love Home Depot!

Went to Home Depot North and will return even though the south location is closer to my home. I was able to find an employee and ask questions and get ideas and answers- Huge! He also helped several other ladies! At the south store I can Never find an employee and when I go I find them in a group and none of them are in their correct areas it’s gets. Frustrating- North Lincoln YOU GOT IT! And a big thanks to the young gentleman in the paint section. You were soooo helpful. I’m just old and forgot your name. Sorry.

My cashier, Brittany was very helpful in assisting me to find my coupon and Hayden was very adept in helping me to load my purchase.
