STORE WAS CLEAN AND DECENT QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE, JUST DIFFICULT TO LOCATE ITEMS OFTEN AND EVEN MORE DIFFICULT TO LOCATE AN ASSOCIATE FOR ASSISTANCE. GOOD PLACE TO SHOP IF YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR AND KNOW EXACTLY WHERE IT IS BEFORE YOU GET THERE. YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN MOST OF THE TIME.

Megan an associate in flooring and tile checked inventory levels for me and when we found the flooring that my wife and I wanted to buy, she had it held for me while I drove to the store. I had help loading it onto a flat cart, pushing it to the check out, and then they helped me load it into my SUV. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The hole process at the store from when I got out of my car until I was loaded up and ready to leave took less than 15 minutes during a Saturday afternoon.

The store in Lincoln, NE. on North 27 was very helpful. We are in the process of building a townhouse and the sales associates were very helpful. The store was very clean and well lit. I plan on purchasing the rest of my items there or at Lowes, depending on where we can get the best deal. Thank you.

Cashier was absolutely wonder. She was very thorough and friendly.

I prefer shopping for all my paint at Home Depot because they have way better, experienced staff in their paint department then other store. They have always been extremely helped in answering my paint or wood finishing questions. Very knowledgable staff.

It's a hardware store , please don't make it into a grocery store.

Associates are always helpful and go out of their way to ask if you need help finding anything; store is always clean and well organized and appreciate the veterans discount since I am a Vietnam Veteran. Associates also give follow up calls when you are interested in something and sale is about to end.

Walked into the paint dept about 15 mins before closing. The associate was more than happy to take his time to help me and mix up some paint. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The associate at the checkout was also very personable. Great experience!

I wish I had tried the small test can of stain before having gallons mixed at the other stores. I wasted about $100 on stain that I won't be using.

Staff very friendly. Checker helped us with the self checkout even thouugh we didn't need help as the other checkouts were busy. She even bagged the items for us.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday morning to get exterior paint for the concrete blocks of our house, we had the siding sample that was given to us by our contractor. The associate in the paint department was knowledgable, friendly and eager to assist us. He used a machine to match the color perfectly, and also showed us a kiosk for some interior BEHR colors were pondering over. It was a wonderful tool that we were introduced to that we will be using again in the future for our home improvement needs! Our experience ended on a high note with a friendly and helpful cashier and we couldn't be more pleased!

Today's was the best overall customer service I have received in a long time, from any store, including Home Depot. Outstanding customer service!
