I drove 15 miles to buy an item listed as being in stock on the website only to find out it was not. Team member Dennis in Electrical went above and beyond to turn what would have been a very irritating experience into an experience of custsomer service beyond my expectations, without me even asking. Great job Dennis. I hope you get rewarded for it.

Upon entering the Store Brian greeted me, Miguel offered to help me find everything I needed for my project. Jeff also stopped to make sure I found everything I needed. Then Suzi helped me check out and called the loading guy Nick to help me get on my way, Then Lauren the Manager asked me how my project was going. I go into a lot of stores for work. Everyone has the same products and relatively similar pricing. So it boils down to customer service. These guys are the Best.

The woman in the paint department (We don't remember her name) was very helpful to our needs. We wanted to talk to her longer but she had to mix paint, help others, and the line grew longer. She was the only one there. God bless her for trying to help everyone. We know that Covid is relevant, but the country is opening up now because of vaccines and less cases. We hope you really consider hiring more people. We know that woman heeded help! We really felt bad for her. Thank you!

Arrogant and stupid cashier (Bre or so)

Hello, This shopping experience was much better compared to others because I felt like my satisfaction was at the top of the sales list. Not just the money or sale. I needed a specific time for delivery and install and Brian Dehil went beyond the call of duty to make that happen to my utmost satisfaction. Thank you very much for having such caring employees.

Becca in customer service went above and beyond to solve our issues with online delivery failure ! She spent over an hour and stayed past her shift to correct and solve the problem ! This girl invented customer service !

this store is run/ managed just awful. have shopped here countless times and almost always leave shaking my head saying never again. but it so close i try again .they do a horrible job representing home depot

The Staff at this store is to willing to help, They make it a point to remember you and your name & they always ask, " How are you doing " & How can I help you".... Just a great Group of people. The Mangers are always friendly & are always there if you have a question. Carlos is such a knowledgeable person & was a tremendous help to us to get our project going today.

The North Olmsted Home Depot always has what we are looking for in stock and the sales associates are always friendly and helpful.

Store looked cluttered today. Staffing is not very friendly. They did not look me in the eye or greet me. Very poor customer service.

Skilled craftman are there to help you accomplish the task at hand, and willingly will help you to do the job right.

This is one of the Best Home Depot stores I have been to. It is larger than other stores I have been to and has a wide selection of products from appliances to light fixtures to plumbing. Great Store I get a lot of ideas just from the displays.

The staff at the N Olmsted Home Depot are the best. They are always willing to help me find things.

Associates were friendly as well as knowable I would recommend to shop this home Depot when you need expert advice on your painting projects!! PLUS when checking out the cashier actually had me follow her to get checked out quickly!! Great Customer Service Today!!

Employees are very helpful

They are always helpful when I go in there. I always find what I need. There’s approachable staff and they always help when asked. I’ve never had any complaints.

I do a lot of my own home improvement work. This summer has been bad with Covid.. They guys load my cart for me with the heavy stuff, the loaded into my car more times than I can count. They were always friendly and glad to help. The cashiers were always willing to find someone to help also. I have another major store brand in my area but getting help there is like pulling teeth! Thank you to all who help me keep doing my own work!

Had a wonderful experience when we were shopping for a new gas range and with an outcome of a fabulous deal, left the store very happy.

The associates at this store are very friendly and helpful. If you can't find something I think anyone you ask will point you to the right area. Always ask if you need assistance to take and put in the vehicle.

Horribly rude girls in customer service... They were rude on the phone and then rude when I went in person. Management had to go above and beyond to smooth over the fact that their staff was rude and unprofessional. I live 3 minutes away from this store and I will drive out of my way to go to another home improvement store!!

The employees are very helpful and friendly. The store was clean and safety was stressed (COVID). There are a good variety of products no matter what we are looking for.

Had a terrible experience today. It is store policy for everyone to wear a mask. Why were there numerous employees either not wearing a mask, wearing on their chin or not covering their nose. They should set an example and at least give the impression that they are trying to keep the community safe.
