The products (vegetables) were well displayed, and the prices were amazing!

Jerry, Trever, Lori, Bonnie and Debbie were all polite, friendly and informative which shaped the shopping experience making it quite pleasant. This will ensure my future patronage making Home Depot my first choice for ALL my home needs...maintenance and otherwise. Heck they even welcomed my dog, totally unexpected.

Always come out of the Redmond Store with a smile on my face. Sometimes they are understaffed but make up for it with Friendliness and very helpful when they get to you.

The person in the Paint Department helped me find a cleaning product that had a specific ingredient, and then took me to the place in another department where it was stocked.

The customer service was extremely helpful, very personable and knowledgeable

I was very happy with the lady that helped me with the paint. She was very knowledgable . same with the man who helped us in gardening. The cashier would not give me my Veterans discount.

This store always has a wide selection of healthy seedlings to start our annual veggie garden. They are always fairly priced.

Just moved into this area and was delighted to find a Home Depot here. Have always liked shopping at Home Depot as it's nice to be greeted when you walk in and they are more than happy to guide you in the right direction. We don't always stay in the area we came in to look for a certain item as it is fun to browse the whole store for inspiration for new projects. I'm a crafter and often find crafting items a lot cheaper than the craft stores....such as paints, glues, nuts and bolts....etc. I give this place a "thumbs up"...ok ...make that a "two thumbs up".

I can count on things being in their "normal" places. That's especially helpful because I'm always doing little projects around the house, and I'm ALWAYS needing something to finish a project or to keep one going. I'm pretty good at general how-to's, but when I need a little help (or a LOT) or just a little advice, or a new idea to keep me going, I can count on the Home Depot associates to have the answers I need.

I have lived within 1 mile of this store since the day it opened. It had been my Home away from home :-) The staff are unfailingly engaging, helpful, and cheerful. I have never managed to get 50 feet into the store without being greeted and offered any help I might need. Really - Always Awesome!

Been shopping here since the store opened good then fantastic now the service is second to none takes me back to the old days of your local hardware store and I thank them for the Veterans discount

My online order and in store pickup was very convenient.

The paint desk was not that easy to get help from, the aisle was blocked where the paint I needed was located and there was one person trying to take care of a lot of customers. I had questions that were not answered in the store and had to call the paint department when I got home

i have had experience with all of the departments due to building a two store log house with great people that are always polite and willing to help. they always have great ideas on how to save money or do the job corectly

I never leave this store upset, except maybe about how much my husband spent ;) In general, we always find what we are looking for and we visit frequently.

We were delighted with the selection of paint products we needed and the assistance we received from the staff in choosing the products and colors for our project from the abundance of product on the shelf.

The guys in electronics and lumber were awesome ... knew just what I was looking for and very helpful. Linda greeted us with a smile at the check out stand ... she is awesome too!

Susan patiently walked me through the credit application, was approved. Then Ginna, brought to my attention, a BBQ as a gift for making the application out for a new credit account. These ladies were good at customer service and timing. This was the biggest surprise I've had in a few years. Thank you Home Depot for hiring quality associates and keeping a great inventory. The associates at this store have ALL been friendly, helpful and gracious over the past (6) years.

You can never get help in the building department or plumbing or electrical. You have to wait forever if you need help loading.
