I was not sure of what I need to do the job and the associated was very helpful.

I was very pleased on how helpful every employer was. I was also please with finding the plants that i waslooking for.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the carpet and wood floors

Love the fact that if I ask for help which very rarely happens because I am helped as soon as I walk in the door, the associate will actually walk me to the items I am looking for and will help with any questions I may have. The cashiers have all been very friendly and know what they are doing. Nothing more frustrating than an extended length of time in the checkout line

you had what i was looking for and found it easily

Intending on purchasing a tool I knew little about, nor how much it would cost me, I walked directly to that department of electrical tools. The signs and prices were very clear. Talk about a value deal?! Wow!! The tool that would have cost me a little more than $100.00 was included in a 4pack tool deal, including charger and carryall. It was only $129.00! Amazing! My husband was thrilled with his EARLY Father's Day gift. I'm so grateful for Home Depot!

big change over of the store in personal. depending on which department you are in the associate is helpful in finding what you want, but as far as knowledge of electrical repair for example, the associate is lacking. The real experts are not there anymore. Only in a few departments you will find these experts.

Walked in, asked associate at C.S. desk where item I wanted was located, they responded where item was located. Found item, purchased and walked out and went home. Easy and happy now.

Elaine the store associate not only helped me with garden items. Also helped me with items in the plumbing department. She helped carry extra items to my car. Her regular department is gardening but she was so knowledgable about other departments. She is a great asset to the Redmond Store.

Mary M. was very helpful and courteous while working with me on the on-line order and my Pick-up and Check-out. The other two store associates I worked with were very helpful in helping me find some small items in Lawn and Garden (Name was Gary) and the man that helped load my Mower in the vehicle was most helpful and knew how to disassemble the mower enough to get it loaded.

Bright , clean store! Variety of items were nice to see and matching color avalibilty was plenty!

...Store was laid out backwards to most Home Depots I have been in, but was after specific item I had researched on enternet so it did'nt throw me off too bad.

Most of the products were easy to find, however, one item I needed was not in stock.

Everything i needed was in stock and Humblardo was a lot of help and very friendly.

I could not find the nail gun that I wanted and Jeff was there to help me find what I needed. The store was very clean and bright.

Associates were very helpful and courteous! Kudos to them!

Everything is easy to find. Nothing was in the way and it was very clean.

My husband and I have visited this store so often that we usually already know what we need and where we are going. On our way through the store we will be stopped by several smiling associates asking us if we need help with any thing, this is reassuring and is very important in our choice to continue returning to this Home Depot for our shopping needs.

The help we received from the flooring associate was so helpful and so much appreciated!

I love how my pet is welcomed into the store. It is hard to find places like the Home Depot.
