Exceeded all my expectations--first time I ordered over the phone a major appliance with store help. Great help from associate--she had same machine that I ordered.

The store associates do not know the meaning of customer service

This is a great Home Depot Store! I have always experienced fast friendly customer service from the employees, the store is well laid out, and has always been clean, and it’s well stocked with a nice variety of products and services.

Every employee takes the time to answer your questions. They will check back in and they are always smiling.

Linda and Dusty are the best. They are very encouraging and always have a smile waiting for you

I enjoy the store, very well stocked. The only 2 things I'd like is #1- a bigger appliance selection especially in stoves and #2- outdoor plants available a bit later in the season , instead of none. Everything else I enjoy . Great store, great employees.

The Redmond store is clean, associates are very friendly & helpful with what your looking for. I love shopping their unlike other retail stores.. They have ample supply of products great sales and rebates they offer.

As a Vietnam Veteran I was some what shocked to find out their Military discount is not for all Veterans. You must be an active or retired military personnel or in the reserves. This should be openly displayed so we aren't embarrassed when we ask for the discount.

Amazing Staff and awesome selection of products. Never have had any issues finding items as there is always someone nearby to help. This will be my go to store for any home improvement needs.

Even though we live in another state - while visiting friends in the area we visited this store and were very satisfied with the service / selection / inventory levels/ and friendliness of the staff we encountered. - definite thumbs up !!!

Although the store was very busy today, I found all of the employees that I spoke with to be very cheerful and helpful. The store was neat, clean, and orderly. As usual I enjoyed shopping there today.

I have always found our local Redmond Home Depot helpful and friend. I enjoy walking around and looking at home improvements. When I am trying to figure out a repair they are always will to help me out. I really like their garden center in the spring and summer months.

Always find what I want at this store. Employees are very helpful and since I live quite a few miles away, it is worth the drive.

We shop here a lot. Lowe's is at the other end of town, so HD is more convenient. Remember how you used to go in to HD and several clerks would holler hello and there were people on the floor to help and someone to check you out? No more. Nearly collided with two employees on the floor who cut in front of my cart, eyes down, no greeting. NO checkers! One clerk trying to help 3 others besides us on the self check, which I do not like to use as it puts people out of work. Took us nearly a half hour to get out of there. Meantime the clerk in the return booth stood and watched as did a young man with his elbows on the counter. This is no way to run a store.

the location is great, lots of parking. the folks are trying but there does not seem to be enough folks inside willing to help you. they need a larger staff all the time not just at "busy" times. prices are good, variety of things available is good. i keep going back hoping each time that things have changed.

Applied for a credit card was approved and made my purchase and loaded in 30 mins. One of the friendliest stores I've been in recently thanks everyone.

This store is the best "Big Box" store iN Central Oregon. Always clean, employees are friendly, and it's easy to find things.
